Tasting Notes: A light expression of a Sangiovese rosé with fruity red berry notes and hints of herbs. Fresh on the palate with a mineral backbone.
Variety: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: Grapes were harvested early to maintain freshness and acidity. Less than 6 hours of maceration with maturation in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
2022 Rosato Beneventano IGT, Bruma, Fattoria La Rivolta, Campania_750 ml (ABV 12.5%25)
Tasting Notes: A glorious future always arises from history. A line, "I Vigneti di Bruma", dedicated to the founders of the Bruno and Mario family, intended for daily consumption and an audience of wine lovers. This is a young and dynamic Aglianico made for everyday enjoyment. Aromas of grapefruit and small red berries, a light and fresh rosato with great minerality and balanced acidity.
Variety: Aglianico 100%
Vinification: Fermented – and aged – in stainless steel. Skin contact only for a few hours.

Vinification/Ageing: 8 months in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation.
2023 'Lucerna' Fiano Salento IGT, Carvinea, Puglia_750 ml (ABV 12.5%25)
Tasting Notes: Bright straw-yellow with golden highlights and a very delicate bouquet with clear hints of hawthorn and acacia, delicious hints of pear and peach and a touch of hazelnut to round it all off.
Variety: Fiano 10%
Vinification: Cryomaceration and soft pressing of the grapes. Static decantation at the controlled temperature of 12°C. Alcoholic fermentation is entirely made in stainless steel tanks at the temperature of 14°C. Maturation on the lees for 3 months.
2021 'Vertis' Verdicchio di Matelica DOC, Borgo Paglianetto, Marche_750 ml (ABV 13.5%25)
Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow with intense white flowers, apple and aromatic herbs. Crisp, mineral and persistent.
Variety: Verdicchio 100%
Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks with 15 months in stainless steel and 4 months in bottle.
2023 'Molarella' Pecorella Val di Neto IGT, La Pizzuta del Principe, Calabria_750 ml (ABV 13%25)
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in color with light greenish reflexes. Evident floral notes with the scents of fresh Mediterranean scrub: broom and chamomile. Fresh fruit and minerality on the palate with nice length on the finish. A fresh an easygoing white to pair with lighter dishes.
Variety: Pecorello 100% (Organic)
Vinification: Soft pressing, cold and static clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation (18-20°C). 5 months ageing in steel, 2 months refining in bottle.

Varietals: 60% Nero d'Avola, 40% Nocera
Intense ruby colour with notes of spicy dark fruits, wood spice, and evergreen. Tannins are refined and well integrated with the oak.
2022 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, Valle Reale, Abruzzo_750 ml (12.5%25 ABV)
Tasting notes: Bright ruby-red in color, this youthful red offers explosive aromas of blueberries, cherries, licorice, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with plentiful acidity and a pleasant finish.
Variety: 100% Montepulciano (Organic)
Vinification/Ageing: Stainless steel fermentation for 10 days. no oak. aged in bottle 3 months prior to release.
2021 'La Vigna delle Terrazze' Colli Pesaresi Sangiovese DOC, Claudio Morelli, Marche_750ml (13.5%25 ABV)
Notes: Ruby red in colour. Berries aromas such as raspberry and cherry with floral aromas of violet, red rose and myrtle. When tasted, it is fresh, soft and its smooth tannins bestow perfect balance. Savoury and well medium-bodied with a good persistence reminding pleasant touches of spice.
Variety: Sangiovese
Vinification: Maceration of the skins 8-10 days, aged in steel tanks.
2020 Carema DOC, Produttori Carema, Piemonte_750 ml (ABV 13%25)
Notes: The Nebbiolo here offers a fresher, livelier expression of the grape. Medium ruby red with garnet highlights. Spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and stewed fruit. Soft on the palate, good tannins, and acidity complimented by the sweet notes coming from ageing in wood.
Variety: Nebbiolo 100%
Vinification: Fermentation in steel with 12 day maceration. Aged 2 years of which 12 months is in large oak barrels.
2022 Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Castello Tricerchi, Toscana_750 ml (ABV 14%25)
Notes: Clear, intense ruby red in colour. Complex aromas with hints of strawberry, cherry jam, floral and mineral notes. The palate is balanced and intense, with dense and elegant tannins. A long savoury, minerally finish.
Variety: Sangiovese (grosso)
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation followed by maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23°C for 20 days. Aged 6 months in Slavonian oak cask and at least 4 months in bottle.
2020 Etna Rosso DOC Contrada Rampante, Passopisciaro, Sicilia_750 ml (ABV 14%25)
Notes: Crunchy and floral, with notes red currant, Austere, with grainy tannins and a great acidity. Finest, most aromatic wines because of the sandy character that the lava has acquired.
Variety: Nerello Mascalese 100%
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, followed by malolactic. Aged 18 months in large neutral oak barrels.
Vineyard: Contrada Rampante is the winery's highest cru at 1,000m above sea level. At the highest confines of viticulture on the northern side of Etna, Rampante is ancient contrada, producing one of volcano's finest, most aromatic wines because of the sandy character that the lava has acquired. Due to the altitude, it is typically the last contrada to ripen. The winery owns and cultivates 1.4 hectares on this domain. The average age of the vines are over 100 years old!

Tasting Notes: Bright straw-yellow with golden highlights and a very delicate bouquet with clear hints of hawthorn and acacia, delicious hints of pear and peach and a touch of hazelnut to round it all off.

Vinification: Cryomaceration and soft pressing of the grapes. Static decantation at the controlled temperature of 12°C. Alcoholic fermentation is entirely made in stainless steel tanks at the temperature of 14°C. Maturation on the lees for 3 months.

Tasting Notes: A glorious future always arises from history. A line, "I Vigneti di Bruma", dedicated to the founders of the Bruno and Mario family, intended for daily consumption and an audience of wine lovers. This is a young and dynamic Aglianico made for everyday enjoyment. Aromas of grapefruit and small red berries, a light and fresh rosato with great minerality and balanced acidity.

Notes: Ruby red in colour. Berries aromas such as raspberry and cherry with floral aromas of violet, red rose and myrtle. When tasted, it is fresh, soft and its smooth tannins bestow perfect balance. Savoury and well medium-bodied with a good persistence reminding pleasant touches of spice.

Vinification: Maceration of the skins 8-10 days, aged in steel tanks.

Notes: The Nebbiolo here offers a fresher, livelier expression of the grape. Medium ruby red with garnet highlights. Spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and stewed fruit. Soft on the palate, good tannins, and acidity complimented by the sweet notes coming from ageing in wood.

Vinification: Fermentation in steel with 12 day maceration. Aged 2 years of which 12 months is in large oak barrels.

Notes: Clear, intense ruby red in colour. Complex aromas with hints of strawberry, cherry jam, floral and mineral notes. The palate is balanced and intense, with dense and elegant tannins. A long savoury, minerally finish.

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation followed by maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23°C for 20 days. Aged 6 months in Slavonian oak cask and at least 4 months in bottle.

Notes: Crunchy and floral, with notes red currant, Austere, with grainy tannins and a great acidity. Finest, most aromatic wines because of the sandy character that the lava has acquired.
Variety: Nerello Mascalese 100%
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, followed by malolactic. Aged 18 months in large neutral oak barrels.
Vineyard: Contrada Rampante is the winery's highest cru at 1,000m above sea level. At the highest confines of viticulture on the northern side of Etna, Rampante is ancient contrada, producing one of volcano's finest, most aromatic wines because of the sandy character that the lava has acquired. Due to the altitude, it is typically the last contrada to ripen. The winery owns and cultivates 1.4 hectares on this domain. The average age of the vines are over 100 years old!

Vinification: Grapes were harvested early to maintain freshness and acidity. Less than 6 hours of maceration with maturation in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
2022 Rosato Beneventano IGT, Bruma, Fattoria La Rivolta, Campania_750 ml (ABV 12.5%25)
Tasting Notes: A glorious future always arises from history. A line, "I Vigneti di Bruma", dedicated to the founders of the Bruno and Mario family, intended for daily consumption and an audience of wine lovers. This is a young and dynamic Aglianico made for everyday enjoyment. Aromas of grapefruit and small red berries, a light and fresh rosato with great minerality and balanced acidity.

Tasting Notes: Bright straw-yellow with golden highlights and a very delicate bouquet with clear hints of hawthorn and acacia, delicious hints of pear and peach and a touch of hazelnut to round it all off.
Variety: Fiano 10%
Vinification: Cryomaceration and soft pressing of the grapes. Static decantation at the controlled temperature of 12°C. Alcoholic fermentation is entirely made in stainless steel tanks at the temperature of 14°C. Maturation on the lees for 3 months.
2021 'Vertis' Verdicchio di Matelica DOC, Borgo Paglianetto, Marche_750 ml (ABV 13.5%25)
Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow with intense white flowers, apple and aromatic herbs. Crisp, mineral and persistent.
Variety: Verdicchio 100%
Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks with 15 months in stainless steel and 4 months in bottle.
2023 'Molarella' Pecorella Val di Neto IGT, La Pizzuta del Principe, Calabria_750 ml (ABV 13%25)
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in color with light greenish reflexes. Evident floral notes with the scents of fresh Mediterranean scrub: broom and chamomile. Fresh fruit and minerality on the palate with nice length on the finish. A fresh an easygoing white to pair with lighter dishes.
Variety: Pecorello 100% (Organic)
Vinification: Soft pressing, cold and static clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation (18-20°C). 5 months ageing in steel, 2 months refining in bottle.

Intense ruby colour with notes of spicy dark fruits, wood spice, and evergreen. Tannins are refined and well integrated with the oak.
2022 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, Valle Reale, Abruzzo_750 ml (12.5%25 ABV)
Tasting notes: Bright ruby-red in color, this youthful red offers explosive aromas of blueberries, cherries, licorice, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with plentiful acidity and a pleasant finish.
Variety: 100% Montepulciano (Organic)
Vinification/Ageing: Stainless steel fermentation for 10 days. no oak. aged in bottle 3 months prior to release.
2021 'La Vigna delle Terrazze' Colli Pesaresi Sangiovese DOC, Claudio Morelli, Marche_750ml (13.5%25 ABV)
Notes: Ruby red in colour. Berries aromas such as raspberry and cherry with floral aromas of violet, red rose and myrtle. When tasted, it is fresh, soft and its smooth tannins bestow perfect balance. Savoury and well medium-bodied with a good persistence reminding pleasant touches of spice.
Variety: Sangiovese
Vinification: Maceration of the skins 8-10 days, aged in steel tanks.
2020 Carema DOC, Produttori Carema, Piemonte_750 ml (ABV 13%25)
Notes: The Nebbiolo here offers a fresher, livelier expression of the grape. Medium ruby red with garnet highlights. Spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and stewed fruit. Soft on the palate, good tannins, and acidity complimented by the sweet notes coming from ageing in wood.
Variety: Nebbiolo 100%
Vinification: Fermentation in steel with 12 day maceration. Aged 2 years of which 12 months is in large oak barrels.
2022 Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Castello Tricerchi, Toscana_750 ml (ABV 14%25)
Notes: Clear, intense ruby red in colour. Complex aromas with hints of strawberry, cherry jam, floral and mineral notes. The palate is balanced and intense, with dense and elegant tannins. A long savoury, minerally finish.
Variety: Sangiovese (grosso)
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation followed by maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23°C for 20 days. Aged 6 months in Slavonian oak cask and at least 4 months in bottle.
2020 Etna Rosso DOC Contrada Rampante, Passopisciaro, Sicilia_750 ml (ABV 14%25)
Notes: Crunchy and floral, with notes red currant, Austere, with grainy tannins and a great acidity. Finest, most aromatic wines because of the sandy character that the lava has acquired.
Variety: Nerello Mascalese 100%
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, followed by malolactic. Aged 18 months in large neutral oak barrels.
Vineyard: Contrada Rampante is the winery's highest cru at 1,000m above sea level. At the highest confines of viticulture on the northern side of Etna, Rampante is ancient contrada, producing one of volcano's finest, most aromatic wines because of the sandy character that the lava has acquired. Due to the altitude, it is typically the last contrada to ripen. The winery owns and cultivates 1.4 hectares on this domain. The average age of the vines are over 100 years old!

Stopped by after a gig in the area and had a delicious meal with a buddy of mine while sitting at the bar. He copped the burger (which he enjoyed) while got the fritto misto and the cacio e pepe. Not sure if it was because I was hungry from work or if it was the beers we downed, but the items I got were fuego! 🔥 Will be back and will be bringing the wifey next time. the food is great (although the options are limited) good drinks and the affogato was amazing. they have a really nice wine collection. picked up some pesto and their in-house pasta, makes for a perfect lazy night dinner!

The restaurant offers a great atmosphere with delicious food. However, on this visit, we noticed there was no one at the front to greet us, which was unusual, as we usually expect staff at the front to greet and seat guests. Despite this, the overall dining experience was enjoyable, and we hope this is something temporary
