The grapes are rigorously quality selected, then gently pressed and the must macerates on the skin for 24-36 hours. The must is cold-settled, racked, then
fermented at a controlled temperature. In spring, the wine is bottled with a mixture of sugar and cultured yeasts, then undergoes its secondary fermentation. After 20-22 months of fermentation and maturation, the wine is disgorged, then topped up with a liqueur d'expédition. After a further minimum of 3 months, the wine is released.

Description: Ruby red in colour. Berries aromas such as raspberry and cherry with floral aromas of violet, red rose and myrtle. When tasted, it is fresh, soft and its smooth tannins bestow perfect balance. Savory and well full-bodied with intense final persistence reminding pleasant touches of spice.

Wonderful gem, weird location. You can’t go wrong ordering anything here. Pizza was cooked just right, crust with a nice crisp chew. There’s a cafe in the front that you can just grab pastries and coffee to go, they also have a deal at the end of the day for leftovers. Service was great, nice atmosphere. Highly recommended this place, plenty of parking as well.

Terroni may not have some of the most “authentic” Italian restaurants out there but it consistently delivers good food and excellent service, and is so family friendly. They never have an issue with kids taking a walk in the retail store section while waiting for food to arrive. The staff is very accommodating and they always make us feel welcome, which is not always the case when dining out with little ones.

Had last minute dinner with my wife and daughter on a friday night. Picked this place over a few other italian options nearby because they had my wife's favourite style of pizza (and we've been to a couple other Terronis). However, the server wouldn't let her order it without the prosciutto because she's vegetarian. Told her they make it the "traditional" way and she could pick it off. The food we did end up getting was ok, but nothing special to...
