Worst Tom Yum soup ever. Dishwater with noodles. No flavouring.

Enjoyed my meal

Time to time we buy food here and always we were satisfied and happy with the taste, price and quality.

As a regular customer of Thai Express, I usually enjoy the food and service at your other locations. However, the experience at this particular branch is consistently disappointing.

The lady working here is always rude and impolite. She frequently snaps at customers and responds to requests with a tone that feels hostile. Her behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful, completely disregarding basic customer service standards.

This has happened multiple times, and it’s enough to make me avoid this location altogether. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for all customers.

Awful place

Tried their Thai Chicken Fried Rice, was pretty good. I ate for lunch and could also bring home from the same portion. Paid about $15. There are just 2 people at the kitchen and it looked like they were well organized to keep the orders moving.

Horrible. Read other people's reviews. You pay almost $20 for heavy container of only noodles. I saw 3 pieces of beef in my dish. The dish tasted bland, the noodles were thick and heavy. Drops in your stomach like a ton of rocks. Cost them probably $0.50 for the noodles but they charge you $20. Would never recommend this place.

Vegetarian options: The cashier was is not responding properly when I asked for explanation about vegetarian food she is reacting like I’m annoying and she doesn’t want to explain to and the food also not tasty. I feel like throwing but I respect the food I so ate as much I can

THIS IS THE PLACE WHERE YOU CAN GET SCOLDED AFTER THE CASHIER MADE A MISTAKE BY HERSELF.this is crazy. She put in the wrong order and blamed me for not remembering the order number. I understand it’s busy, and I’m cool with any workers making mistakes. I work part time at a restaurant so I feel that.BUT I NEVER PUT MY MISTAKES TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANYBODY ELSE. the cashier lady needs a new training session. Maybe how to deal with the customers and how to acknowledge her mistakes.P.S. Food was pretty decent

We picked this place because there were some gluten-free options on their menu. In fact, there was not a single gluten-free item available. Don't show off with GF on your menu if you don't have it.

Easily the worst pad thai I've ever had was from this location. Do not recommend

Friendly staff, but the food has gone down hill bad! I used to love coming to Thai Express, the last two times have been a major disappointment. Also, $14 for subpar pad Thai? I know inflation is up, I’d expect the ingredients to at least be worth the $14. Id be willing to spend over $20 if it was made the same as a couple years ago. But hey, at least there’s free peanuts! ….Right??….:(
