Claims on Google to be open at seven till 730. Please review what it looks like at 7 o’clock.wasted my time

Bad staff attitude. I was recording myself, and she noticed and said, 'No pictures or videos allowed' (although there was no sign). From then she gave me attitude. She let me wait for 10 minutes while she was texting on her phone, after a while she came inside and a guy came out to cook. Both of them gave me a really bad attitude. They delivered my Pad Thai to a container even though I answered “for here” when she asked if I wanted the food to be taken out or for here. Never come here again!!! No recommendation!!

I don't know if the cashier was mad because I modified my order but her demeanor was very off-putting. I witnessed other customers get smiles and were thanked for placing their order. For almost $17 I would prefer to spend my money where I am valued. Plus, my usual order doesn't even taste the same.

Time to time we buy food here and always we were satisfied and happy with the taste, price and quality.

As a regular customer of Thai Express, I usually enjoy the food and service at your other locations. However, the experience at this particular branch is consistently disappointing.

The lady working here is always rude and impolite. She frequently snaps at customers and responds to requests with a tone that feels hostile. Her behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful, completely disregarding basic customer service standards.

This has happened multiple times, and it’s enough to make me avoid this location altogether. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for all customers.

Awful place

Tried their Thai Chicken Fried Rice, was pretty good. I ate for lunch and could also bring home from the same portion. Paid about $15. There are just 2 people at the kitchen and it looked like they were well organized to keep the orders moving.

Horrible. Read other people's reviews. You pay almost $20 for heavy container of only noodles. I saw 3 pieces of beef in my dish. The dish tasted bland, the noodles were thick and heavy. Drops in your stomach like a ton of rocks. Cost them probably $0.50 for the noodles but they charge you $20. Would never recommend this place.
