This was the worst Beef Basil Spicy Fried Rice that I have had from Thai Express located in the food court in Fairview Mall. It was the first time I have bought food from that location. It was utterly disgusting. No taste, or seasoning and it had exactly 7 tiny pieces of beef in it. So disappointing, considering the beef is what you're really paying more for. I have bought this item before from the Promenade Mall, Centre Point Mall, (although it no longer in that mall) and from the Finch Station where the professional businesses are located. Never had any complaints about those locations. Beef Basil Spicy Fried Rice from Thai Express is my favourite dish from that place. I'm so pissed off that I wasted my money today at the Fairview Mall location. It obviously has a lot to do with chef/cook.

Horrible tasteless food. We spent 35$ here and all the noodles and veg were SOGGY and drowning in salty soy sauce and watery soup. The Thai green curry was like deep fried scraps from the garbage bin. Definitely not Thai food, even by food court standards. I tried complaining but they didn’t understand English. Don’t waste your money here.

The staff went from squeezing raw meat to cooking the food without using gloves. Took a few minutes after payment to even begin cooking. The portion size only filled just over half the container. $16 for some chicken pad thai that is equivalent to a $13 meal at adjacent stores.

Dry ass mf fried rice. Dry ass chicken. Sad vegetables. Bro the Thai Express in Quebec was better than your poor excuse for food. Do better.

Poor quality and not tasty, poor portion.
They didn't put eggs in pad see ew like the other thai express will do. Also only salty, very salty and not tasty. Also just few vegetables like 1-2 pieces, and they didn't proactively provide sauce.
Will not come back for sure , rather go to the Bayview Village one.

I wish I see the review before ordering the food. Here is the picture of Pad Thai I ordered and I feel I ordered something from a landfill.

I usually get Thai Express for food court food but today was a dissapointment. Noodles are soggy and too much sauce, it was like a padthai soup. Wont eat here again.
$14 + tax for a bowl of flavorless noodle soup with some boiled chicken. Totally outrageous. I will not be coming back.
