Overall experience was horrible. Woman/girl who was taking the orders was sitting there head down on her phone AND clipping her damn finger nails. I have been here when it first opened up but has taken an extreme downward spiral towards being probably one of the worst Thai Express locations in the city. Everything is watered down and they only throw in a couple peices of protein. Definitely not worth the charge for one. Not sure what they are paying for rent in a hospital but they must be getting hosed because their portion sizes went down as well. Either way they don't care because their customer base is tired, sick and overworked staff and patients or worried visitors who just want something to eat and you can tell they are taking full advantage of that fact. Sad but true.

Very cold customer service. When asking for things like peanuts and sriracha for my pad Thai, the reaction from the cashier looked like she’s doing me the biggest favour in the world. Was not asked whether I want it spicy or not. Didn’t have lime as in all normal Thai express locations. Food was bland. Not enough meat. Overpriced. Overall, 2/5.

As someone that works in this hospital I highly dislike this particular Thai express.
1. They pack heavy on cheap carbs and skimp on the veggies and proteins
2. They rush and undercook often
3. Don't clean their wok. Had large black bitter charred flakes on my food. I brought back and the owner said it's black pepper!
4. Lastly they oversalt their food like crazy

I have been to many great Thai express locations; however, this one particular branch is really not up to standard.

I came here around 6pm while the cafeteria was empty. The gentleman cooked my food way too fast, under 2mins. I’ve been to other Thai express and they cook your food for at least 5mins. Food had no flavour, bland and stale. I could tell something was off while eating it. Now my stomach hurts

What kind of Thai place has no peanuts and no lime with Pad Thai. That's like two of the main ingredients. Trash.

Ordered the pat see ew. Had a lot of expectations. Overall it wasn’t bad but it was salty! My mom couldn’t even finish after a few bites. I ate about 1/3 of it and had to throw out the rest. And this is a hospital to have that much sodium on a simple noodle dish is not acceptable. I understand from other reviews food lacks taste. Adding soy sauce doesn’t make it more flavourful it just packs more salt. And for $17 (no combo) it’s expensive!

This is by far the worst Thai Express branch.I ordered chicken and fried rice, like what the heck, I only have 2 small slices of chicken and the rest is fried rice. The staffs are always angry.

I got the mini vegetable Tom Yum spicy lemongrass soup. The staff was a bore and downright rude. The soup was literally water with a hint of lime. No spices and absolute disaster. Never again. Try Paramount if you want better quality and food worth the price!

Food was not good at all, chicken was very hard and over cooked. The cashier seemed miserable and gave a ton of attitude, did nit attend us well at all.

Worst Thai soup ever in my life. The picture of the soup is so misleading. No vegetables. No chicken broth. It was just hot water with tasteless noodles with few pieces of chicken. Never recommend.

Food was OK. Asian girl with glasses at the cashier was rude as hell.I asked about SPC card, she didn’t know what it was despite the very clear signage they have set up. Just said “oh we don’t take it.”I showed her the sign, and my card, she said “oh I don’t know so I can’t take it you come back next time”

I decided to eat here on my first day of placement because the scarborough (towncentre) location is always great. This location cooked my food so fast i didnt realize how suspicious it was...it gave me food poisoning within hours. The next day was the worst of it. Watery diarrhea, weakness and sweats. Ive never had something like that take me down for 2 days. How I know it was from this place: working a 12 hour shift-I had a bagel in the morning and this was the only thing I ate for lunch- two hours later my stomach was turning. Was the beef expired? Undercooked? lack of hygiene? IDK but Ive lost faith in this location.

I travelled Thailand before and have to say that food here tastes properly in Thai. Btw, staffs are friendly and helpful which is a plus.
