Nothing about this place is Thai. And I thought it’s hard to get Thai wrong. Stay clear
Worst customer experience ever received from a woman. Asked what sauces were available and was snapped at and she rolled her eyes at me twice. Avoid trying to order here.
Good food
There were at least 16 people waiting and komal touched her face and back of the neck, wiped her nose, over and over while she cooked and chatted and joked around the entire time we waited. At least 20 minutes too long. Horrendous service
So slow. I literally timed it and it took 20 minutes for my food to arrive. I had to run to my gate to make it in time!
Good fast food in a airport Toronto
This is an airport where many people have limited time between flights and are hungry and want decent food instead of eating airplane food. Service is extremely slow and not a care in the world from the people making the food. The colleagues really seem to hate each other. One is looking around at everyone except looking at what she is doing. Ridiculous. Again this is an airport not a mall where people have more time to wait .
Placed an order and was asked box or bowl, I replied bowl but got box. Also the audacity to blame me for being on a call when I clearly stated to her my preference. Lastly guy in the kitchen was rude it was pretty concerning, attitude demeanour etc. All in all I’d just find a different place to eat after this awful experience and time wasted.
My flight was scheduled to depart in less than an hour. The order took approximately 20 minutes. It was freshly made, which I appreciated, even though it was hotter than expected. Overall, I needed a quick meal, and it served its purpose. I had no issues — the food was good.
My wife got food poisoning after eating their beef noodles. We were sure it was their food because we ate the same thing except the beef noodles from this Thai Express. Only she ordered it and I escaped because I went for A&W instead. Food safety is important especially for restricted areas in an airport. If they don’t take food safety their top priority, they should not be allowed to operate in the airport.

Beware that if you order your food through the self-serve touch pad, you might get something quite different.
The software takes you through steps for your order. For stirfry, there is a long list of toppings which you can choose what to remove. So naturally, one would assume things that are not removed would be in your dish. Right? Wrong! What it DOESN'T tell you is that depending on the type of sauce you choose, some ingredients are by default not included anyway!
When we got our incorrect meals and inquired, the lady at the front's reponse was: "You to ask me what ingredients it does have. That is why I am here. EVERYONE asks me what ingredients are in the dish"....so...basically we should have known to not rely on the system and ask??? And your job is to correct the automated system, which is there supposed to make things easier??
I won't go into the details of the rice being drenched in very sweet sauce and the spicy dish not being spicy at all...I never expected airport food to be great, but this experience was new!
We paid $55 for three dishes, which we ended up throwing more than half of it away.

Worst thai ever. A big waste of money.
Their self checkout doesn't say what's in the food. So we got terrible food full of tomatoes. And the staff refused to fix it or make any changes in a very rude manner. The pad thai was not spicy as ordered. The food is toooooo sweet.
Don't make our mistake. Go elsewhere. Lots of good places around in the terminal.

Food poisoning warning: I got terribly sick from my order of pad sew tofu last night while in transit at Pearson, 6:40pm on December 15th. Upon arrival at my final destination I had full-blown food poisoning symptoms, vomiting 4-5 times. I advise avoiding this location.
