Worst basil fried rice ever had, firstly I asked for basil fried rice with tofu they served it with veggies with no spice at all it was almost tasteless, secondly the drink I asked for 7up and it was only water in there
Food was pretty bad, but the employee was nice.
Thai express wings 3 pieces of this sized wings for 6$ is outrageous when I can go Chinese takeout and get wings 12 pieces for 9$ absolutely stealing your money
....meh(?) I don't know, it could use something resembling quality.
Receipt #61094
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had during my first visit. The customer service needs serious improvement. The woman listed as the manager on the receipt was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Speaking in a language I couldn’t understand while serving customers is unprofessional and unfair. I asked for a suggestion since I was trying it for the first time, but her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.
If she doesn’t want to assist customers, maybe she shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. On the other hand, the male staff member was polite and greeted with a smile – the only positive part of the visit.
I regret not checking your Google reviews earlier. With a 2.6 rating, I now understand why – and frankly, you’ve earned it.
To add to the disappointment, the food wasn’t great either. The rice was sticky, and there were barely any vegetables.
Safe to say, I won’t be returning.
So good for the price.
The service was embarrassing. There were two men yelling at eachother at the cash, then acted like I was inconveniencing them when I stared waiting to place my order. The pad thai is watered down. It seems they cut corners by watering down the sauces used and giving less protein. I had 2 pieces of chicken and 1 strip of tofu in a $17 meal. Do not visit this location!
I wish I read the reviews before I spent $27 on a container of rice with what was called “yellow curry” with “chicken”, a fresh roll with shrimp and a lemon ice tea. The “curry” was not yellow, beige at best. The spring roll had a few shrimp but mostly noodle filled, very little veggies or cilantro. I don’t think they used coconut milk for the curry, I’m guessing it’s seed oil and corn starch. Really disgusting actually, no flavour. I don’t typically write bad reviews but this place is a waste of money.
The worst pad Thai I’ve had , a small portion with less than an ounce of beef. Don’t eat here.
Very bad taste, didn’t feel like i was eating chicken, bad smell

Unfortunately they burnt my fried rice and I didn't know until I got home. I didn't bother trying to eat it and threw it out right away. Looking at the reviews now, I think they should hire a new cook. The lady at the cash register was like sunshine ?

I liked to eat pho here, but today's service was the worst. I asked for to go, but they seemed annoyed and just handed me a plastic bag and left without having anytime to ask for another bag. I had to carry like that all the way back home, and I also found a hair in the soup, which isn't even my hair colour. I was really disappointed today, I don't know if I'll go there anytime again.
