You guys really need to do something with your packaging those stupid poor boxes that you pack your food in are not at all good!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I had a long way to go and asked the person behind the counter if they could please put my food in a sturdier container instead of the thin paper box provided. From past experience, the box often splits open by the time I get home. I also asked if they could at least double it, but the staff member flatly refused and did so in a rude manner.

If I hadn’t already paid, I honestly would have walked out. Their customer service is terrible, and the attitude toward customers’ reasonable requests is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place—they clearly don’t understand what good customer service means.

Raw dry noodles with raw onions carrots and bean sprouts on top. Was supposed to be a kao soi. It was so offensively bad I felt it had to be intentional from a disgruntled employee. The owner/manager must be a total .....
Avoid this toxic place, grab a sub.

Food was kinda meh I got the beef pad thai really wasn't much beef in there like $2 worth could get a WAY better meal for $17 won't be returning.

They make their food really good. Its addicting. I really like Thai express so i try it a lot in different locations but nobody makes the Pad Thai as good as this location.

Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious! Generous portions for the price and friendly staff :) I recommend asking for hoisin sauce packets. (Note that chopped peanuts and extra hot sauce are available upon requested and are free) Beef pad see ew is a personal fav

Hahaha It not Thai food at all.

My experience with the Vegan Pad See Ew from Thai Express was highly enjoyable. The rice noodles were perfectly cooked, absorbing the sweet and savory sauce without becoming soggy. The fresh vegetables, broccoli, peppers, and carrots added a nice crunch and balanced the dish.
