My experience with the Vegan Pad See Ew from Thai Express was highly enjoyable. The rice noodles were perfectly cooked, absorbing the sweet and savory sauce without becoming soggy. The fresh vegetables, broccoli, peppers, and carrots added a nice crunch and balanced the dish.

Have ordered 3 times from this location. First time was good. Second time I ordered a vegan pad Thai but received something totally different. Third time my order was correct but they didn’t give me any plum sauce for the imperial roll. Definitely a hit or miss depending on when it’s busy or not. Staff doesn’t seem to work that fast when it’s busy so you do have to wait a bit.
