Love how the store is clean. Service is quick and prompt which is my kind of style. If I'm in a hurry I'll use the UberEats app and arrange for pickup and timing never fails. Food quality and taste for me has always remained the same.

Do not go to this place. They continuously mess up my order. I got only 3 peices of chicken in my food when ordering General Tao . No meat what so ever. Their additide is horrible when asking for hot sauce. I paid 47$ to get 1 pack of hot sauce when I asked for 4 small little packets. DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about this place . I’ve been here before and I was there again today and the food was absolutely delicious as always and the container was full to the top as always! The workers are very kind and my niece had specific instructions for what she wanted and didn’t want in her fried rice and that was no problem at all for them. The place is always clean and the wait for your food is very short. I love this place and it will always be my go to restaurant when I’m at the Stockyards!

Go at your own risk. I tried stopping in for a basic pad Thai two weeks ago and the place was so empty that the 3 men working there were doing nothing but chatting it even seemed like it was closed until I saw the store hours on the window. Ordered the food and came home to eat it and found a disgusting hair in the food mind you I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time so how this occurred and neither of the men working decided to flag it is beyond me. Even after filing a complaint I was only offered a gift card, as if I’d ever be caught dead giving this establishment any more chances. This location should be investigated for poor hygiene because if they can mess up a basic order with no one there imagine what it’s like during a rush. I’d give this place -5 stars if I could ?

The employees are so rude. It looks like they're being forced to work. I always ask them to chop the shrimp because I have a short lunch break and not proper cutlery. Last time, he refused to do it , and he said they don't do it at that place. I got annoyed because, yes, they do it. I would understand if it was busy, but it was not , like usually, was no one. I don't get surprised that place will close soon . ?

I am a frequent customer, but this has hit my limit. I ordered a pad sew and Tom yum soup, saw how messy and quick they made it so I had a feeling the food was going to be absolute garbage. Went home and ate a bite; no flavour, rice noodles are mushed. The Tom yum soup also tasted like hot boiled water. Shame on this store and their management.DO NOT COME HERE.

I went to this location since I was shopping in the area. Been to other locations like the Richmond Hill one and was pleased with the service and food quality. Not here. Curry sauce was weak tasting and not a lot of it, making the whole dish dry. Pretty stingy.

ordered shrimp pad thai the toppings are as minimum as possible it taste like generic noodles with soy sauce and oyster sauce(Im asian and pad thai is my comfort food) I feel robbed as it was pricey.

I placed an order on DoorDash for delivery for a beef pad Thai and paid for extra sauce on my food was delivered and I opened it it was dry drier than normal on top of that when I taste the food it was just bland no flavour no spices no seasonings at all completely disappointed because I know Thai express has really good flavours. I had to then walk over to the store and ask them to remake my order properly with some flavour and the extra sauce I paid for.
