I thought the House pad Thai would be special, so I had it for lunch. It's ridiculous—all you get are noodles and no meat or vegetables. Sweet noodles cost $15.

The food here has been going downhill. Cold. No taste. Portions are getting smaller and smaller. Staff are friendly.

Awesome Thai Food. My usually spot to eat during lunch time, prices are fair for Thai.

I don’t know what happened to this location. I used to come here all the time despite the crusty service, I would always order the same thing tofu khao soi every single time that’s how good it was .. and now never again. The food is disgusting it’s not even eatable, zero flavour everything was stale and it’s like they microwave there food. So disappointed absolutely will not be back.

Not real pho. Please don't mislead people. Soup doesn't taste beefy at all and it claims to be bone broth.

This review is only based upon the dish I ordered - Chicken Pad Thai - hold the corriander. There is something not right about the noodles, their size and shape. Because of this the texture and perhaps taste is just, well, not Pad Thai-like. But the bigger issue is that the whole dish is just dripping in oil. Someone call Shell Oil, they can just install their deep sea oil drilling rig over my little box of noodles.

This was my first time ordering a tofu based dish (spicy tofu) and I was pretty impressed. I've heard that tofu is very dependent on seasoning for its flavor and they did a wonderful job getting it to taste right. I'm a picky eater and the first bite was quite pleasant. I don't think I'd ever order something like this again though. The texture of the tofu confused my mouth, kinda spongy, so I'm going to stick to gnawing on flesh like a caveman. Gave it 5 stars because, while it's not for me, I'm sure that someone with more adventurous taste buds would get a kick out of this.

So just some background, I recently started working in Toronto and decided to explore restaurants around the PATH, personally, I don’t think the low reviews does this place justice at least in terms of the food. I get that a lot of the reviews are from years ago and from my experience today, the restaurant was really good.If I have to be completely honestly, this place compared to other food-court styled restaurants, is extremely good. The portion is good for the price, the food taste like authentic Viet food despite the restaurant being called “Thai Island”.I got the Lemongrass Chicken rice and although it was my first time, I was definitely not disappointed. The chicken was juicy and the rice was cooked well. Take my review for a grain of salt as I’ve only been here once but for someone who’s grown around Viet food their entire life, that dish did not disappoint, especially when compared to other food court restaurants. As for service, I can’t really speak on it as it was my first time but I had a pleasant interaction with the cashier. Hopefully this helps, if you’re having trouble finding it, it’s located around the corner in TD Centre food court. :)

The food is okay, but the customer service is POOR. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The lady gave me the wrong order, and I had to walk back to get my order. I expect her to say “sorry” as a normal human being who made a mistake. But the audacity of this lady saying “it’s okay” blew my mind. Don’t waste ur time, buying for this place. There are tons of other Thai restaurants that can serve you with “decent” customer service. Pathetic

Delicious fast food at a reasonable price. Try the General Thai Chicken, it's their best.

Bat Soup

Hit and miss.Had the beef vermicelli one day, was fantastic.Had it two days later and it was swimming in oil, fish sauce and vinegar. Practically soup.

Please change the timing of your store. I came from my work on Sunday to eat and it was closed while on the google map it says it’s open
