Avoid this place at all cost. Had a mung salad yesterday and halfway through lunch, I noticed a cockroach in the vermicelli which was disgusting. Went back and got a refund but was faced with weird look saying this is the first time that they’ve seen this. I’ve reported the incident to City of Toronto so hopefully they’ll come out and inspect the place.

Avoid this place at all costs. The staff are shockingly rude and unprofessional, going so far as to yell at customers without provocation. Their behavior alone is enough to ruin your experience.
The food display is a complete mess. While the dishes are labeled, everything is so disorganized that it’s impossible to tell what you’re actually getting. It’s chaotic and unhygienic.
We visited around 4 PM and ordered just the curry chicken to take home for dinner. Within an hour of bringing it home, the curry sauce was bubbling, a sign of possible bacterial fermentation, which can occur when food is improperly stored or already spoiled. The smell was absolutely revolting; a foul, sour stench that filled the entire kitchen. It was completely inedible and had to be thrown out.
If I could give this place ten thumbs down, I would. Save your money, your time, and your health, do not eat here. There are many other choices along the PATH.

The 1 meat (chili chicken) + 1 veggie (tofu/veggie mix) + 1 rice/noodle (rice flat noodle) was overall okay. It was filling but something was missing :/

After walking around hockey hall of fame the wife and I got hungry. We walked around and saw and smelled how good this place was. Usually mall food in our parts his hit or miss however the food was so good and fresh. Great taste. I honestly don't know what I ordered I just pointed to what looked and smelled good. Huge portions, so good. If I ever get back to Toronto I'll eat there again. Thanks for the memories.

I ordered the so-called Pho. Based on the picture on the wall, it looked good. It stated that it contained beef bone broth. What we got was a bowl of extremely mushy noodles with pretty well no broth. It was not edible. We threw it in the garbage. Total waste of money.
Extremely disappointed with my food that I ordered yesterday around peak lunchtime. I ordered a rice combo and was excited to eat my food when i saw a bug crawl out of my food. Not clean at all, had to throw my food out

There is really nothing great about this fast food restaurant. I ordered the chilli chicken and fried rice. Both can be improved. The rice doesn’t seem to be fried rice. It’s very wet in texture and too much salt. The chilli chicken on the other hand isn’t fresh. It’s soggy. I’ve had chilli chicken before that’s crispy on the outside and cooked thoroughly and flavourful in the inside. They can improve their cooking though and I hope they do. I might return if only there’s not anymore choice, but given there’s lots of variety of food shops in The Path, I won’t be frequenting this restaurant.

They recently changed to containers that hold significantly less than the original ones. Maybe that's for the best, considering that the food seems to have lost its flavor and contains more oil. This is a shame, because this location used to be good.
