The food here is probably my favourite Thai food outside of Thailand! The service is so friendly, the dishes are so delicious and authentic, and the flavours are perfect!
They have a few options available everyday and a chef special that changes each day

Refused seating because I’m a solo diner even though there were tables available. I found a bit rude, no real reason just they didn’t want to give up a 2 seater. Feels that the owners were just being greedy for refusing especially when they don’t do resos.
Unfortunate because I was looking forward to having shrimp paste fried rice and other Thai classics to enjoy dining in, but after this experience I wouldn’t bother trying place even though I’m in the area often. Disappointed.
Yes, I could understand Thai and heard them quickly talk about the seating.

THAI NYYOM is the kind of place that reminds you why authentic cooking always stands out. The menu is small, but every dish packs a massive punch of flavor and freshness. You can really taste the care and tradition from the Thai chefs in every bite... it feels like a home-cooked meal made with love.
The pork tom yum soup was absolutely to die for, with the perfect balance of heat, tang, and depth that lingers in the best way. The mango salad was so refreshing, crisp, and bright... exactly what you want to complement the richness of the other dishes.
Beyond the food, the service was just as memorable. Warm, cheery, and genuinely welcoming, the staff made the experience feel like dining with friends rather than at a restaurant. It’s the kind of hospitality that keeps you smiling long after you leave.
If you’re looking for authentic Thai flavors in Toronto, THAI NYYOM is a must. It may be a small spot, but the heart, freshness, and flavor are anything but.

Today, while running errands in downtown Toronto, I happened to pass by a Thai restaurant. I glanced inside and saw that the menu featured dishes like Khao Man Gai and Khao Soi. After tasting them, my homesickness for Thailand instantly disappeared. The staff member who served us was also very friendly and engaging in conversation. Everything was simply perfect.

There is just simply no other place like this one in Toronto. The best Thai food in a small, cozy, and SUPER inexpensive place. Staff is a family and they are all amazing. The Khao Soi is to die for

Cozy little spot with a lot of heart. I had the khao soi, Thai iced tea, and a seasonal sticky rice dessert—everything was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The Thai iced tea was especially refreshing, and the sticky rice was a perfect sweet finish. Staff were warm and welcoming, and you can tell they care about what they serve. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their thoughtful menu.
