Mandy is a wonderful employee at The Abbot is phenomenal with everyone who walks in the door! She’s like family/friends to many as she’s served so many families and watched our kids grow up! She knows many by name and takes extra time and care to give the best experience whether new or returning customers! The Abbott menu has always been excellent and many cherish how the food never changes.

I have been a bit of a regular for the past 4 years. You go for the beer and kerp going back for the vibes. Mandy, Megan are my favorite so far. They always take good care of me. Very warm, very professional. Genuine human beings. Lovely and hard working staff. Would not go if these 2 were not there.

We discovered this little gem when the open mic were were going to perform at was canceled last minute. After a quick search we found one that was happening at The Abbott. We went there and were so impressed. The open mic hosts are awesome, the atmosphere very welcoming and the food outstanding. The other thing I have to mention was the restrooms were exceptionally clean. Top marks all around to the owners and staff! Most highly recommend!

2025 update. After my previous reviews it seems service is much better now and way friendlier! Back to where it should be. A place I'd be happy to come back to. There is a server, not sure of her name. Tattoos, nose ring. She's amazing. Totally made the night. Thanks for restoring the friendliness of the Abbot

Come here often with our dog to sit on the patio. They pour a great Guinness, and service is always good. Also a great place to watch games, as they have big TVs around the bar area. One of our favourite neighbourhood spots.

Awful there was a hair in my food the staff is rude the drink tasted off and the food was terrible I saw a used needle In the bathroom when I brought it up to the staff they became upset and said that's not there problem! For you all safety do not go here!
