I kindly greeted and asked the staff if I could use the washroom. Their response that it was for customers only which I completely understand . I told the guy working there that I don’t mind paying. He then ignored me and said something to the other staff member he was working with. She looked back at me with no response, and both ignored me again. Very rude and unwelcoming staff.

Went there yesterday, my frd had the new green tea latte with velvet cover, and I ordered the strawberry green tea latte. Both tasting terrible, we asked for half surges, but still super sweet. The green tea power is not blended at all! Feels like sanding your throat while drinking it. Spent about $16 for 2 drinks, and trashed them after a few sips! what a waste of money!!!

Just visited and had terrible service from the gentleman who was rude and abrupt. Definitely won’t be visiting again. Considering they don’t do milk tea - as he said - it’s overpriced for sweetened milk.
Absolutely terrible service at The Alley. The male staff with long hair rushed me, acted like I was wasting his precious time, and made me feel like I didn’t even deserve to order. I came to buy a drink, not to be humiliated. Never coming back.

I had a terrible experience at The Alley. While I was still trying to decide on my order, a male staff member kept rushing me. Before I could even make up my mind, he forced me to pay, showing a very rude and arrogant attitude. It was extremely disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never come back. Very disappointed.
