Good quality bubble teas!

Similar to other Alley locations. The drinks are refreshing and innovative, and I think they are a bit higher in quality compared to other large bubble tea chains (looking at you Chatime and Coco). However the flipside of that is that it is also a bit pricier as well. The atmosphere and aesthetic are super cute and they often have limited edition drinks (in limited edition cups lol). Service was really friendly as well :)

My fav bubble tea place! I always get the Trio and it hits every time. I also like their royal no.9. The subtle fruit flavour undertones make it taste a lot better than your average milk tea. Their deerioca is another very popular drink, but i find it way too sweet.

First time trying to bubble tea here and it was so good! We got the Deerioca (brown sugar with soy milk) and a passion fruit tea. Both were great, and the man at the counter was very nice and willing to explain everything to us. Will definitely be returning!

Overall 5 Star,1 Star for tonight’s server.Ordered Large Trio Milk Tea with additional Grass Jelly. When I drank,ONLY grass jelly was found, no other toppings. Seriously?

I got royal number 9 today and the tapioca is so bad, undercooked, so small and not sweet enough compared to the other locations.

Pearl milk tea was too watery and the tea was too weak. The pearls were also too soft rather than chewy. It was a similar experience to Gong Cha in Toronto, but not as good. I might've just come in on an off day.

Enjoyed the deerioca fever, it is a brown sugar pearl bubble tea. I only wish that we could customize the sugar and ice levels as with most bubble tea shops. The pearls were perfect, chewy, and warm for the first two sips but quickly turned rock hard and cold with the ice and it was a smidge too sweet for me. The employee seemed to know the drinks well though and was able to give several suggestions. I may come back to try another drink as they have several unique flavours however it would have to be one of the options that are customizable!

Deerioca puff is by far my favourite. The bubble teas are good and tasty.but, they don’t have poping boba. Also, I asked for very little ice cube in my bubble tea because I have a sensitive throat and they still put me 5. I feel like they’re trying to fill their drinks with a lot of Ice. Please be considerate to special inquiries.
