It is perfect drink when you are thirsty
Asked for no ice and still got 6 large chunks of ice and strawberries chunks that I can't even drink thru the straw.
It’s been a while since I’ve had “the alley” - definitely markets as a more premium boba chain and the prices reflect that. I got a basic drink (large deerioca fever with soy) and unfortunately, it just didn’t taste like much. Wasn’t bad but just bland and unflavourful, not what I remembered from my last visits. I probably won’t return, because $15+ for a drink that doesn’t even taste like anything is definitely too much. 3 stars overall because the staff were nice, but 2 stars for the food.
This has to be first worst The Alley experience of my life. The drink is fixed sugar and ice but it was so bland tasted like water. The tapiocas were so cold and tough, not fresh at all yuck. I had to throw out the rest because i couldnt finish.
Very kind and honest worker who helped me pick a drink when I was indecisive. Came back for another drink the next day. This is the highlight of my meeting for this week! Thank you for a source of delicious drinks ❤️

The alley is one of my favorite bubble tea places. I have gone to many locations but this one day here had supervisor who was speaking the more new barista for being slow. They are new. You have to give them a break and walk them through the process instead of blaming them and speaking to them in a obvious rude tone. Mistakes are expected.

Ordered little sugar and less ice; they gave me regular sugar and regular ice. That happened twice already. The ice is still okay but the regular sugar is way too sweet for me.
