Loved the food at Arch. We had the Mazafati Omelette and Persian Omelette. I especially enjoyed the Mazafati with the contrasting savoury and sweet taste. The orange blossom coffee was also very nice.

We were excited for this place but felt disappointed. It took soooo long to get food by the time we got them we were hangry. I ordered omelette... It took around 30 mins to arrive... And tasted mehh... I am still hungry after eating and now in a burger place for second round of food. For $20 + omelette in Kensington, I expected better experience.

Writing this review months after… I was walking Kensington Market while visiting from Texas. I only popped into The Arch Cafe for an iced coffee, an iced Americano with milk and no sugar, to go. LET ME TELL YOU I have thought about that one coffee for months. It was superb. I have gone all over Austin looking for coffee that tastes similar and all have disappointed. Bold red fruit forward coffee, not burnt, very robust dynamic flavor. I’m considering calling to ask where they get their beans to ship them to my house. I cannot wait to go back to Toronto.

I had the most amazing experience here! My mom and I went for breakfast/brunch and were greeted with the most welcoming atmosphere and service, the dishes and decorations were all beautiful. We both got lattes that were delicious and our food was so wonderful as well! I easily had some of the best pancakes ever here, they were topped with fresh peaches and pecans. It’s all made in house to order so it was incredibly fresh and we were informed on how long each dish would take. It is so worth the stop if you want a fresh and delicious breakfast!!
I went to the Kamakan show last year and they had clearly sold more tickets than they had space for. The owner completely lost her temper, and instead of apologizing or offering refunds, she kept saying, “If you’re not happy, you can leave.” The show was set up in their backyard, yet many of us were stuck standing inside with no room to move. She even suggested we could watch the show from a narrow hallway if we all just sat down. Overall, it was extremely unprofessional, and it was clear from the start that she lacked basic problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

I went there on Saturday night, and Arch Café and Bar instantly became one of my favorite spots. The ambiance is warm, cozy, and stylish, creating the perfect vibe for a weekend evening. The cocktails were amazing—well-balanced, flavourful, and clearly made with skill. The music added to the atmosphere, making the whole night feel relaxed and enjoyable.
The guy behind the bar was incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely hospitable, making the experience even better. Overall, Arch Café and Bar is a must-visit for great cocktails, great music, and Coffees
