Cute bagel shop with delicious bagels and sandwiches. We got smoked beef and black forest ham sandwiches in our bagels which was very delicious, with large quantity of meat. The potato itka and the coffe were only okay. A young woman staff was super fast and friendly but the old lady was not that much!

On Uber eats it shows that the breakfast bagel has a sunny side egg in it but when I went to the store it was cooked in the microwave along with the sausage patty. False advertising and they’re charging over $7 for a microwaved egg sandwich.

All the employees are under 1.50 meters tall and because of the glass on the counter you can't hear them and they can't hear you. so they never get an order right at once. I've been here dozens of times. I've never been able to get an order right at once.

Went to get a bagel at 6:30am on my way to work and there were two ladies working there. I clearly asked one of them for a bagel and cream cheese and she made me a sandwich. I politely said sorry, I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and she looked at me with so much anger that I was taken aback. She went on to make a show of stomping her feet to make a different sandwich and while all this was happening, the other lady at the check out counter pointed out that they are only accepting cash that day. I told her I don’t have cash on me, she said then sorry we can’t help you and I had to leave. Idk why this place can’t hire someone with a better attitude. No one wants to start out their day on a negative note. Horrible customer service!

Don't bother going late at night, we went at 11:30pm and all they had was 4 choices and they were the ones no one wants. Not sure why they're open 24hrs when they have no bagels at night.

I'm obsessed with their everything bagel and they certainly don't skimp on the cream cheese. It can be very busy but the weekday morning ladies work their butts off.

Bagels are great, toppings for sandwiches are good, open 24h, I don't know what more you could ask for in a bagel place. The little pastries are also good. Haven't tried the other side dish type items, will update when I do. I frequent the bagel house and I'm very happy it's so close to my place.
