I came on Monday and the lady working was very unfriendly for no reason. Anything I asked for seemed to bother her. Probably won’t be back
The only kind worker there is a woman named “Grace”, she is the sweetest and seems to be the only one who believes in being a kind person.
Everyone else is so rude, I wonder why they wake up everyday and choose to be negative. You get dirty looks, a sigh or they talk shit in Filipino if you ask for anything or make a request.
Grace, please know you’re doing really well! and Im sure it must be draining to work with those people! I hope you get a job in the future where you’re respected and appreciated for all that you do! You are a diamond in the rough!
Just went in December 29, 2024 and the women was in the back on her phone (which is fine, I’m sure it’s been a slow day because of the rain), but got into the car and the sandwich poured out, the woman didn’t wrap it AT ALL. The condiments fell apart all over my car. Its a mess and I’m just so surprised

They upcharge. They have visible menu prices that say what it includes, the staff made up menu items then argued with me.
Expect an up charge of 2-3$ on each item if you’re not careful, adding veggie charges or phantom cheese.
They also didn’t give my my croissant.

Posting a critical review of a place is never enjoyable, but when it is about HEALTH AND SAFETY it is certainly necessary. The bagel looked good.. but half way through eating it, I noticed the red onion was looking off, and upon further inspection I saw that it was MOLDY AND FUZZY. At the point I had already eaten half the bagel (here's hoping I dont get sick).I brought it up to the staff and they said the red onion had oxidized?! Crazy to think they did not acknowledge the visible mold and even asked "what do you want? Do you want me to remove the onions?" Removing mold from a bagel slathered in cream cheese bagel is an exercise in futility. The first thing to do is to make a new one, and also check the rest of their onions. The server claimed she had cut the red onions fresh in the morning, but in a situation that concerns their patron's health, I think this statement is almost irrelevant.Eventually I got a refund and I made sure to tell them to check their red onions and the server said "they will check in with their supplier" which is strange since she originally said she cut the red onions herself that morning. It is sad to see a place serving food being so dismissive and careless about food safety, especially with visibly spoiled food. And to be so poorly trained with customer service, too.
