Had an onion bagel untoasted with butter…. Should have thought twice about getting it untoasted… thought the bagels would be fresh but it was cold and dry.

Only positive is that the person working today was efficient and very friendly and it cost the same as Tim’s

Service is absolutely horrible from the lady at cash. Go to the other bagel stop in Brookfield. They have no selection and line was not organized. Dont recommend, wouldnt be going back, i rather go out of my way to a different location.

No wonder this place has 3 stars. Even that is too much. The person serving me was very rude! They also put a tiny amount of cream cheese on my bagel. Honestly, bad customer service is why food businesses go out of business.

I usually like this place a lot, so I’m not sure what happened to them. They asked for my order three different times, asked me to pay again (after I already paid) and dumped salt on top of my closed bagel (rather than in the sandwich). I asked them to put some in the bagel and she dumped a pile of it on the sandwich. Not sure if they were just off their game today but yikes.

Fast and friendly service. Went at a time where it wasn't too busy so we got our bagels within 10 minutes. The bagels are always fresh and you can tell from the fresh herbs and spices when they are put into the oven.I picked up a hat-trick sandwich with some mayonnaise and it was quite filling as a full lunch meal.I definitely enjoyed the difference in bagels compared to places like Kettleman's. This was a more traditional bagel.

Grab a bagel here when visiting Commerce Court. Sometimes the bagels are nice , soft and fresh, othertimes they are hard and dry. Obviously day old or more. Stop selling us old bagels. Bad enough a bagel with cream cheese is basically $4. Staff are ok, Asian lady is very nice, Indian lady rude and never smiles. If you have another option maybe try that first.

Great breakfast grab and go in the area! This Bagel Shop is located in the Commerce Court's Food Court. With lots of seating in the morning, if you're early you can easily grab a seat to enjoy that early morning coffee before work. Friendly staff and quick service! The Bagel Shops offer the same menu ranging from their classics, sandwiches, sunrise specials, value combos and hot stuff. Their coffee is freshly brewed in the morning with labels. There are a lot of bagel options to choose from like marble, plain, "twister" series, raisin & cinnamon, onion, and garlic. They recently added Gluten-Free Bagels here!
