I had a very disappointing experience at Bagel Stop. I ordered a buttered bagel and paid for it. As the lady behind the counter was buttering it, she applied butter to one half but didn’t reapply it to the second half. I politely asked for more butter so that my entire bagel would actually be buttered.
The lady was very kind, but before she could respond, a gentleman working there abruptly stopped what he was doing and yelled at me, insisting that "more butter is extra" and that I needed to pay for it. I had no issue paying for extra butter if that was truly the case, but is it really “extra” if I paid for a buttered bagel and only half of it was buttered?
The way the situation was handled was completely unnecessary and made for an uncomfortable experience. Customer service should never involve yelling at customers over something as simple as properly buttering a bagel. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, I would not recommend this location.

All dressed bagel only had poppy and sesame seeds on it. Also there isn’t much seating.

Bro yelled at me?
I just wanted a bagel man. The lady didn’t have much patience, even though there was no line and I was the only one there. Wouldn’t go back.

Have you ever eaten at a place where you know the food was made with love . I feel that way every-time I go to this Bagel Stop location . Located in The Path, in a time where customer service is severely declining , they get it right. The bagels are fresh , soft and I am always satisfied with my order . Thank you for experience

Great people, even better food!
Great breakfast sandwich. Fair price, and very friendly staff. I have been to other bagel stop locations in the PATH and they are not as good as this one! Originally I was put off by the microwaved eggs, but honestly the sandwich tastes great, good texture, no issues. Great bagels too!

I come here whenever I want a treat when I'm in the office - the Super Nova Bagel (Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Onions + Capers) is the go to ($9.45+taxes). Though it is a bit pricey, it hits the spotMy first time here I didn't know about the extra charges for certain bagel (a twist is an extra $3) and for specialty cream cheese so my jaw dropped when I saw that it was $15
The bagels are fine but the biggest upset is that the eggs are microwaved. They hardly look at what is ordered and getting cream cheese wrong is fairly common.
- Decent bagel.- Very friendly owner.
