We hosted our company holiday party here and had a blast. My only feedback was that the table service was lacking and we had to go to the bar to be served. But staff was very nice and the experience overall was great

Had fun bowling with my team from work. Food was good too. Just wish they would have let us know up front individually bills were not possible!

This is a super fun group activity.

Overall nice, clean and enjoyable. I would recommend just keep in mind it's also pricey when you add drinks and food as well as the price per person per hour for a lane

Went to this location and had a great time. Our server, Drake, was absolute perfection. He was kind, friendly, and most importantly he was easy to have conversations with. Drake made sure all our needs were met at every moment, even recommending us his favourite beer on the menu (which ended up being fantastic). All in all, my group of 4 definitely enjoyed our time here, big shoutout to Drake.

It was a fun experience. I went on a Sunday and they had a half price deal going on. It turned out to be more affordable than I envisaged.

Stopped in with a friend to watch the first game of the World Series—let’s go Blue Jays! Unlike other bars where it’s hard to find a seat, the maître d' made sure we got a great spot upstairs even though it was busy.

The staff were kind and friendly; it gets lively and our order got a bit mixed up, but they fixed it quickly and made us feel like regulars. We also got a chance to meet the owner who was down to earth, checked on fans, and kept the energy high. My only gripe was the sound system—it was tough to hear the live commentary clearly.

Still, for atmosphere, service, and game-day vibes, this place is a standout and an easy choice for the next big matchup.

The staff on the restaurant side is wonderful. The drink selection is excellent, however I find the food menu isn't as diverse for those who doesn't want to order a sandwich (steak was also unavailable). When it comes to bowling, there wasnt enough of the lower weights bowling balls to be used and shared between the lanes. Also, the one staff that accepts booking and payment isn't friendly to deal with.

Spacious. Friendly service. A little slow but they were nice. Food was great. The burger was amazing.

We came as a party of 4, was charged 144$ for an hour of bowling 36$ each person found it very strange if we are paying by the hour is it 144$ for an hour, if that is the case it’s a rip off and they never even told us we have to pay per person, as they only mentioned either an hour or 30 mins. The didn’t even give us a copy of our receipts, we have our bank statements thankfully, I suggest stay far from these places, I’d rather go to Kennedy bowl and pay 50-60$ an hour not per person and it would make sense.

Our visit to The Ballroom was really disappointing. It took over 30 minutes just for someone to take our order, and our food actually arrived before our drinks. We then had to ask for plates and cutlery after the food was served, which made the experience even worse. It was obvious the staff were not prepared to handle the crowd from the baseball game, and service throughout the night was slow, disorganized, and inattentive. For a venue that markets itself as a fun spot for groups, this was far from enjoyable.
