Big Carrot is ripping people off.
$9.00 for soy milk, when I can get it at No Frills for $4.00.
Claydry deodorant costs around $20.33 with tax now, but I can get it on iHerb for $11.50 with tax.
I was paying around $13.00 for the Claydry deodorant at The Big Carrot about three months ago.
The Big Carrot has raised the prices on a lot of products to a crazy amount, while I can find the same items at other grocery stores for much less.
I am reporting your business to the Ontario government.

Great shop with amazing people working there!
So much choice. Quality, freshness and selection. Expect to spend a long time browsing this marvellous destination. You'll find everything you need here.
Some of the products they sell are expensive and can be found at lower prices in supermarkets, even at Healthy planet.
Great community store and their fruit and veg is usually top class. A little disappointing that so much of their fresh produce is from the US. Peaches, Apples, Kale all grow here just fine in the summer. As a store that markets itself as community based they need to lead from the front.
I Love the Big Carrot! So many natural & organic products/ groceries to choose from. Their renovated bulk section is fantastic ! Very clean! the dispensary carries many natural remedies & their cafe is great for snacks/coffees& smoothies! Try their hot food menu as well!
Natural mystic!

Love that it is worker owned. They have many options for all types of dietary restrictions. Price tends to be more then other retailers.
Good products
Lovely humans, lovely produce, nice selection. The prices get me though. Sadly I can find lots for cheaper elsewhere. I fully support Indy businesses, but it's tough to only be able to afford the odd thing here and there..
And the rest of the time I'm buying from big stores anyway. Tough to know what choice does the most good when I can't afford to just go Indy organic stores all the time. If you're lucky enough to afford it, you'll likely be happy with what they offer.
This place is so amazing for natural and local food lovers. The Big Carrot has everything you could dream of! Plus lovely staff!
This store is convenient and staff are friendly. Useful for people who are vegan or who want gluten free food. Mostly all organic food here. I don't think it should be as expensive as it is. Their kiji juice boxes are 4.99 but at Walmart are 2.49..not everyone wants to shop at Walmart though.
