Their donuts are very pretty. Great for special events. Some tasted better than others. The dough can be softer.

I tried Box Donut the other day and I have to say I am disappointed. I have tried many donuts in my life from specialty donut stores and basic coffee shops and honestly, these are by far the least worth it for donuts. Donuts cost upwards of $3.69 for just the most basic one aka a cinnamon sugar one (i got this one) and a "nutty" one. The donuts can go up to almost $5+ for a fancier donut which for the taste and quality, is absurd. I got a "princess" donut which just has some sprinkles on top and a "cinny" donut. The "princess" donut tastes just like Tim Horton's sprinkles donut, except 3x the price. As for the "cinny" donut, I was expecting the whole donut to have been rolled in cinnamon sugar but there was only a small sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top. The donuts were not fluffy, barely moist and frying the peanut oil in the donut did not make it taste or feel any different. You're 100% just paying for the shape of the donut at this store and you're so much better off buying Tim Hortons donuts for a fraction of the price and honestly, the same disappointing quality. Will not be returning here for donuts since there are so many better donut stores in the GTA.

Don't let the aesthetic fool you. The dough is just soft squishy bread with no taste. The top of the donut with the frosting is not so good either. The only one I liked was the hazelnut, otherwise I would not recommend getting this. Go get yourself some timmies :)

I expected much more from these - based on their price and presentation I thought they would taste amazing, but they are actually quite bland. Very sweet, but little actual flavour. VERY disappointing. The fillings were like pudding with only a bit of flavour, and the toppings were pedestrian, as well. (Again, pretty but bland.). Too bad, because we were so excited to try them...

There aren’t enough good things to say about these delicious doughnuts, but lots of places can make delicious doughnuts. This company offers free delivery by area (which may be just for now but check their ig page) and they match the number of doughnuts you purchase and donate (dough-nate ;) them. Best bang your your buck (and your buds!)

Not only are their doughnuts amazing, but everyone goes out of their way to ensure that your specials requests and orders are catered for! They’ve also donated over 2000 doughnuts to front line workers which makes purchasing the delicious doughnuts that much more special!

Donuts were fancy & decadent!!!!!! My kids ordered them for me for Mother’s Day. Box came in a beautiful colourful sleeve with words “Happy Mother’s Day”.

We first tried them at the Square One Food District and fell in love! We always get them when we go to that mall (which isn't often). Fast forward to this quarantine, I knew I wanted to do something for my birthday and because I couldn't celebrate with friends didn't mean I couldn't do something nice to brighten everyone's day somehow during these times. After stumbling across their IG. I decided I would order a bunch of donuts from the Box Donut Canada due to the fact that they were matching every purchased donut with a donut donation to hospitals and essential front line workers. They offered free delivery but we ended up delivering our friends' boxes ourselves in person. Box Donut staff were super helpful (answering all of my Qs) and delivered everything in good timing as it wasn't too late to deliver to our friends. Everything was delivered neatly and no messiness. The donuts are best to be eaten fresh but they were still soft and nice the day after (we put ours in the fridge).

Best, freshest and hands down the most beautiful tasting and looking donuts I’ve ever had. Serious works of art.

What's not to love about a gourmet donut!?!? The Box Donut takes donuts to a whole new level! I personally NEVER eat sweets. Honest. Except when my husband brings these home.... OMG! Not too sweet yet so incredibly flavourful. And.... they literally melt in your mouth. I'll admit it. I am a bit addicted.... My favourite is the Boston cream with the luscious dark chocolate topping!

The lady working there was on her phone while servicing customers. I couldn't tell if she was talking to me, a customer, or her friend on the line. Seems rather rude, plus no friendly greeting either. I got the hazelnut donut. It came to like $6. I like that there was a decent amount of hazelnut filling inside the donut, the level of sweetness was just right (I don't like super sweet desserts), good texture and combination of topping with the filling worked out nicely. My friend got the cinnamon plum donut. The price was about $4. That one was an interesting fusion of eastern and western flavours. In the initial bit you can taste a hint of the plum, and then the taste of cinnamon sugar. Again the donuts were not overly sweet, which I appreciate, and the combination was a very palatable one. However, this one isn't super memorable as the plum flavour fades away rather quickly, so it is basically just you eating a cinnamon sugar donut. The price seems really expensive for some of the nicer donuts (limited or premium donuts). It is ok as an occasional treat and definitely much better than a Tim Horton's donut. The quality doesn't always justify the price though, especially for some of the donuts that I saw.

One of the best donuts I’ve ever had. I tried tiramisu and cream brûlée. Really fresh, amazing taste, and not too sweet. Definitely go back to try different ones.

Went here with few of my colleagues. They had a wide variety of donuts with varying price ranges (depending on the type of donut). The donuts are a little bit on the pricier side. I got the strawberry cheesecake one and lemon custard one. My colleague got the tiramisu and chocolate one (I think). The donuts were really light and fluffy. They weren't too sweet as well. The strawberry one had a rosy kind of taste. I liked it overall. Might not be visiting them too frequently because of the price point. They also had cute stickers as well.
