The burger here is absolutely amazing—what a treat! The only complaint I had was that it made a big mess because we pretty much stuffed our faces with it. The fries (we got both regular and sweet potato) are both great; they’re perfectly seasoned and crispy. I’ve been raving about this place and will definitely be back.

Ate at The Bullger and really liked it. The burger was filling, well-seasoned, and clearly made fresh. Service was quick and the overall experience was smooth. I’d come back again.

I'm not very happy with the product, to be honest. The chicken tenders were very soggy, with no crunchiness whatsoever. I don't know why, but they were all covered in ketchup and mayonnaise. The burger patty had no salt, and for some reason the texture felt strange. And the fries were super cold, not crispy at all, not salt, and covered in mayonnaise as if there were no tomorrow.

Honestly, there's nothing good to say about this place. I don't recommend it at all.

There you have the photo from their advertisement and the product they deliver.

The only good things were food and customer service.

No open windows.
No air-conditioning.
No air ventilation system.
No fan or nothing like that.

Outside was around 35 degree so I believe inside was minimum 40 degree.
Restaurant was like a hell.

Food was delicious however hopefully nothing was contaminated due to high temperature and lack of air ventilation. All kind of insects were flying around. The restaurant and washrooms were dirty, messy and stinky.

Staffs are not working in humanitarian conditions.

I ate my food as quick as I can and left The Hellger.

Tables needed a wipe before using, garbage on floor beside garbage can. Overall cleanliness 3/5 it wasn’t too busy when we were in there, time could have been spent tidying up the environment to enhance the atmosphere. Food was delicious, hot and fresh 4.5/5. The beef is leaner than other burger places 5/5. Lettuce was a bit wilted 3/5. The fries are crispy and seasoned perfectly 5/5. Staff were friendly! Thank you for a good first dining experience with The Bullger!

Mighty, towering burgers not meant for light eaters. Service is wonderful.
