I was here with my girlfriend earlier this week and we both ate burgers which were great but the main problem is the hospitality. They have two washrooms and both weren't working. My girl needed to use a restroom urgently but the establishment isn't equipped well enough to run two washrooms. Sorry but it is a health issue if you don't take it seriously and fix it.

The burger legit tasted like a barn for some reason. Ingredients weren't fresh at all and had to wait more than 20 mins for a single burger. Maybe it's a one-time thing, but it was legitimately the worst burger I've ever had. The taste was concerning.

The food here was decent but did not like the atmosphere. The cooks all had sandals on and kept walking through the eating area and shouting. The person who took our order was very confused and did not get it right once it came to the table. The front door also kept slamming very loudly the whole time. There was no working bathroom.

Hot take: I think smash burgers are overrated. What I prefer is a thick, juicy burger that fills the void in my stomach and blood vessels. This bullfighter takes it to another level with the sweet caramelized onion and crispy breadcrumb portobello stuffed with cheddar cheese, plus the usual accoutrements of a delicious Bullfighter burger.

Customer service is crap but the burger is damn good.

I genuinely don’t recommend anyone to eat from this place. Old bread, the chicken strips tasted like it was not stored properly, tasted really funny.
I’m very disappointed, the service was messed, I made sure it wasn’t too spicy and without tomatoes, and everything was the opposite, even the drinks were wrong. Said 10 min wait, it took 25min. The fries were mushy but the taste was ok.

Beef cheeseburger was very tasty. Angry Birds grilled chicken burger was okay, but meat was a little rubbery. Garlic aioli sauce was yummy.
