We've been coming to this restaurant for almost 7 or 8 years. Every single time I come to Toronto this is one of our stops and it's never disappointed. Prices are fair and the food quality is really good. Also a plus they use Halal Meat!

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the nickel and diming. Been going here since they opened for the halal burgers but they lost a customer today. First getting my order wrong and causing my family to wait 20 mins for a burger. Then charging me $0.25 per slice of pickle when I asked for extra on the side (always was a free topping in the past). And an argumentative manager when I said they never handled requests like this before.
Best burger I had in about 10 years. Don't waste your money on fast food garbage. If u want a burger eat here and taste what a fresh burger is supposed to taste like.

If you want a really good cheeseburger and fries, and you don't want to pay $35 or go to McDonald's, this place is it. it is just really good cheeseburger and fries. My only tip is ask them not to pre-salt the fries as their garlic dip is really delicious.
