As a Gluten free individual I cant tell you how excited I was to see that Burrito Bros offered Gluten free wraps for their burritos and their quesadillas. Unlike gluten free offerings at other restaurants that usually include a board stiff gluten free options, Burrito Bros wraps are soft and delicious! I think Ive found my new favourite restaurant!

I would like to report dishonest business. I ordered steak nachos over the phone. Went in to pick up and when I got home I found it was ground beef. I called the store again and was told that the steak was no longer on the menu for a few months now.

Why was I not communicated this and was also charged for the steak nachos which was more expensive? It was not a mistake and it seem like the employee knew but decided not to tell me when I ordered. All he told me was to bring the food back without trying to make the situation better. I felt like he tried over charging me and he got caught doing that. He had many opportunities to tell me as I waited in the store for about 5-10 minutes.

Please fix this situation or I will never return. I'm willing to fix this rating if done.

Edit: I have tried emailing the store and it's been a week without response. This is getting terrible!
