We stopped by randomly while waiting for a table at Bar Isabel and were blown away.

For starters you feel like you were transported to Scotland when you walk in the door. This is by far the most authentic Scottish pub this side of the pond.

Then there is the service. Maggie might be one of the best waitresses I have ever had. On top of her engaging personality is her encyclopedic knowledge of Scotch. They have 100s of Scotch and a giant menu...

I love this place. The food is great, atmosphere cozy, not overpriced, great service. The owner is usually there and she is lovely and welcoming. She clearly loved the place and works very hard at running her business well. Of course there's an exceptional selection of scotch.

We were here for the celebration of a dearly departed friend's life. The staff were quick, compassionate, & just all around lovely. My only complaint was that our food took nearly an hour to arrive (likely because we'd packed the place), but once it did turn up, it was super tasty!
