The Carbon Snack Bar has a great, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The menu includes delicious sandwiches like the Triple B breakfast sandwich and Chicken Grilled Cheese, along with tasty salads such as the Ember Salad and Turkey Cobb. They serve great coffee, including iced caramel oat lattes, and offer fresh Craig's Cookies and Craig's Skor cookies. It is a great location with a great concept.
