Great atmosphere with delicious sandwiches and coffee. The staff were welcoming and answered all my questions. I tried the Ember Salad and it’s now my favourite lunch.

You guys have Sunday until 9pm by the door and on Google. But we went there at 7:30pm - it’s close 🙁
Loved everything about Snack bar!
We tried the Chicken Grilled Cheese sandwich, Brisket Bowl salad and the Triple B breakfast sandwich which is made using their jalepeno and cheddar biscuit. Everything had a nice blend of flavours, really enjoyable.
They make really nice coffee as well, I had the iced caramel oat latte and they have Craigs Cookies baked fresh as well.
They have a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely go back to try their others , Cheers!

1st time visit to Carbon Snack Bar.
Friendly staff, great selection of grab and go food and beverages.
Turkey Cobb was tasty and more than I could finish. Took some delicious Craig's Skor cookies home. Great location, great concept!

This is a weird spot. ~$20 for pre-made sandwiches that have been sitting out all day. Nothing is prepared fresh it seems. I got the pastrami - it was awful. I don’t know how they can stay open until 9pm with the selection I saw at 3pm. And I know it’s Opening day but the staff seemed to have no clue about the menu. Nothing available to indicate what’s in each sandwich. Doesn’t make sense as a cafe either with the other options in the area so not sure what this place has to offer. I guess if you really want a Craig’s Cookie. Bad experience overall and would not return.

Somehow got in before they were officially open but the design was really cool inside and out and I was pleasantly surprised to find a pretty big seating area inside and a nice patio. I only grabbed an iced vanilla latte which was pretty good but they had a sandwich area with a variety of options, pretty western based and they also had some of Craig’s cookies. Service was great especially considering I def was not supposed to be there.

Sounds really cool but not open yet. Space was a great coffee shop before (quantum) and had coworking space (brainstation) so I’d assume the space will be similar but with great many more food Anna beverage options. Excited!
