Found this gem of a place with authentic Nepalese flavors. We went there for dinner with no reservations on a Friday evening and were able to get a place.Ordered veg chowmein, tandoori chicken and pan fried style momos. Everything was delicious and you have the option to choose your spice level. Another thing I would recommend is to try their Himalayan style lager beer, really refreshing and pairs well with their flavorful food. The ambience is pretty chill and there was a live performance on the Fri night, not sure if its regular.The only thing to consider is that the service is a bit slow, so be sure to carve out time. However the food is worth the wait.Things I wouldn't recommend ordering - madras coffee and masala chai.

The service here is one of the best thing, along with the foods. I would recommend Chatpatey, Mutton khana set, Buff momo, jwala aalu and buff choila. Overall, best experience here at The Chulo.

The service of the servers serving us was phenomenal. The food was also really great. Similarly, the ambience is also very vibrant. I like The Chulo very much and will visit again soon.
Me and my husband visited on my birthday. I absolutely lover the place. The customer service was excellent. The food was amazing. We had some good Nepali food after such a long time. My only concern was we were served with bhindi/okra as a vegetable for thali/thakali set which was a bit odd as it’s not very common in thakali cuisine and we are not a fan of it but rest everything was fine. I forgot the name who served us but he was such a gentleman. We can’t wait to come back and have a hearty meal.
