Invited 4 friends to join me there for the Canada USA final. The tv went out (it happens) and when the cook was trying to fix it desperate people made suggestions and the guy trying to fix it flipped out on the customers and when he did fix it the crowd cheered and the guy flipped out again in a threatening manner. Rediculous. Then they let TWO people that were there for kareoke sing while 45 of us watching the game got no sound. Rediculous. I took my money home to watch the overtime period. I will never be back.

This place used to be great, went there on Saturday and the bartender was horrible. Wouldn’t give us back our credit cards, couldn’t figure out our bills and definitely over charged. We will never go back. The bands are amazing but the service was pathetic.

Horrible experience. There for a concert where the tics expressly state 7 PM. Arrived at 645 to be met by a very rude lady who informed us harshly that the concert began at 8 & abruptly kicked us out. The website said the doors open at 630.
Will never be back that’s for sure!

An institution, go downstairs for great music, cheap whiskey, and the best barrel seats in Toronto.

A naturally dark and ambient place to enjoy live music. Acoustics are good. Room layout is unusual. Lots of sitting and standing room. Not wheelchair accessible: ten steps down from entrance.

Dietary restrictions: Alcohol-free drinks are available.

A real treasure. Great sound and good stage area. A bit rough around the edges but the service is fast and friendly and we were made to feel welcome.

Had a blast on a Thursday night. My friend performed here with his band and it was a fun, cozy night. Older crowd (at least the night I was there). I would 10000% go again.

Terica remembered my whole crews drinks and was arguably the best bartender ive ever had. Live music was so good as well. Love this spot

This historic place is a warm and welcoming neighborhood bar that gets great bands in. I came recently and saw the Original Pairs and a fabulous band from Montréal. A very fun evening. The staff are lovely and friendly. There is a long bar, tables, and a small stage with good sound that feels intimate to the room. There’s space to dance between the stage and the tables. In the evening they only serve drinks (also good nonalcoholic options) but they don’t mind if patrons bring snacks in. There’s the 24 hour Lakeview diner just around the corner that offers poutine, burgers, etc.
