The dime on queen was the perfect place for me and my brother to grab drinks and food after a concert when we visited Toronto last week. Absolutely coming back the staff, especially Kim is amazing!!

just went out here for my birthday as my last experience was amazing however tonight the bartender (short brunet guy with a bad moustache and hat) refused to make mixed drinks besides the basics, which totally ok no problem… except he was making margaritas for the people literally right beside us at the bar. rudest person i’ve come across at any restaurant. we literally said hi how are you and he shut us down with “i don’t have time for that right now” which then followed the conversation of him not making us any other drinks. we got treated like trash compared to all the people literally right beside us, he even closed us out instantly but nobody else. we literally just sat at the bar. i’m just speechless, it wasn’t that busy im sorry to say. only half of the place was filled and even if that, just poor ugly service.

One of my favorite places to get cheap food and beer in the city. The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is cool. I like the dog friendly patio in the back and always feel like my money was well spent.

Stopped in here as a group of four on Saturday night, immediately felt unwelcome upon arrival. While waiting to place our drink order, we watched the server argue with another table of 4, causing them to get up and leave. Our order was taken and the drinks were thrown down on the table without much care or attention. Given the poor service we had received and witnessed, we decided to leave after one drink. The server handed me the card machine and then hovered over my shoulder to watch which tip amount I was selecting, which felt unnecessarily awkward and uncomfortable. All around poor service and very unwelcoming server.

The Dime has literally been my go to since it first opened. Either to spend an evening or even as a pit stop. It’s just the right people, both the staff and the patrons. Basically an eclectic bunch with nearly zero pretentious energy. The music is fire and it’s always played at the perfect volume for me to catch a vibe. The food is good and at a great price, though I rarely eat here. I just wished they served alcoholic seltzers but I guess you can’t have it all. Overall, it feels like a house party at a good friend’s crib, only it’s not lol

Ordered the jalapeño crunch burger and there was zero fried crispy bits. What I got was a fresh jalapeño pepper layer on my burger. Legit thick slices. Talked to our waiter..brought back the same shit

Came here for some drinks and a burger after the club with my friends and everything tasted frozen. We understand everything is $10 but wow the food was disgusting. I wouldn’t come here even if I was drunk.

The Dime is a fun and friendly spot that’s perfect for a laid-back hangout. The food is good, the drinks are great, and the overall atmosphere is just right for chilling with friends. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a place to unwind, The Dime has you covered.

We were seated for 20 minutes and ignored by all servers. No menus or waters, we had to leave because we had a concert to attend in an hour. Really unfortunate, we saw them tend to other tables multiple times, glance at us, and resume doing other nonurgent tasks like wiping a clean table.
