Love this place - the food is great for the price, and the drinks are pretty reasonable. The atmosphere is so good and the music they play is on point - very 2000s rock and I’m happy about that! Bartenders & servers are great, very friendly and quick. All around great, and I’ll keep stopping by every time i’mheaded to Velvet Underground!

We walk in to this place over the weekend, the food was ok and drinks were amazing.However the service was terrible wont say all servers were bad but the one we got looks least bothered. I personally went up to the counter just to ask them repeat on drinks.

Came here on a Sunday night following the good reviews, came to check out the atmosphere and the food.Unfortunately the food was inedible. The wings were great, but everything else was unfortunately cold. The chicken on the nachos was literal rubber, i had to spit it into my napkin.The drinks were great, highly recommend the dime. I really liked the service and the atmosphere. I would come here again for drinking but not the food.

I have been coming here now for a few years and every time I come I tip at least 22%. The last time I was here my cash tip was denied because the waiter told me he doesn’t accept change. Today I came in around 1:30am with a packed house to one of the rudest encounters I’ve ever had the waitress must have confused me and my friend for someone else and before serving us started asking us if we are going to tip and telling us how every time we come in we do not tip. I am a very polite person so I kindly got up and exited and I will never be back to this establishment and will not ever refer a single soul here. The service is mediocre at best and servers are very slow and stuck up feeling entitled like they work at a 5 star restaurant while serving bar food & cheap drinks.

This place is awesome. We got severed by Kolton a few weeks ago and he was a wonderful server, very knowledgeable. Also big thanks to mike and arely for helping us all out. Thank you so much for the great time! My friends and I will most definitely be coming back again!

The drinks were so full of ice you only got maybe 5 sips. I had asked my server for less ice but I guess she forgot so, she took it back to the bar, scooped out ice and gave me about half cup of drink back.We had 2 rounds at that point and went somewhere else.Definitely won't be back and don't recommend this place.
