I celebrated my birthday at the Dylan in the back room with a group of about 35 friends. It was an absolute blast. The staff were amazing and everybody really enjoyed the drinks/food they ordered. Such a great spot. We'll definitely be back.

Don't know about the food - had home made chips and France onion dip that have been great. The drinks as we liked them (the bartender recommended by our preference). I like the bartender, she is professional and friendly. We set outside- the perfect combination for this hot evening. Will come again.

Had a couple of old fasioneds made with False Ox Shrubs (beet and ginger to be specific). Delicious, refreshing, tart and not overly sweet. Service was friendly the whole time as well.
