Easy place to get to if you’re biking along the bikes paths. Beers are standard and the food is decent. But overall a nice vibe place.

If you are trying to break into the Danforth stretch of pubs/ restaurants/ storefronts, the Edmund Burke is a good place to start. It has great pub setting , and is a lovely casual dim light interior for hanging out witj friends or meeting new people. The server I had is friendly with great vibe and energy.
Really enjoyed the chicken schnitzel with buttered spaetzle!! The spaetzle was very taste.. little dumplings topped with butter and fried up to have some good crisp. The chicken schnitzel was proper crispy, but not dry. It was tasty and seasoned well. There is a back patio and a front sidewalk patio-- great for people watching👀

Great place for pints after a night out! The playlist had an Indie vibe which was lovely with sitting on the back patio.

I was craving a good schnitzel so I looked for a place close by and found this place where the food looked promising. In fact everything we ordered was really good but the schnitzel. The crust was really good but the quality of the chicken itself was really bad.
They really need to learn how to pour a Guinness.
Pretty certain max is 11 mm not 1+ inch.
That's what it said when I went to the Guinness Museum in Dublin.

I came here for drinks and we ordered beer. What I really like about this bar is that it has a local vibe, and the staff were very welcoming. I also appreciated the cozy and friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice experience.

After planning to meet a friend here on Mothers Day ( after working 12 hours and overtime all week in heath-care ) we were turned away after attempting to order the Steak Special, perhaps due to racism, gender or other political issues. Being a regular here, and also the regional AmEx provider for this establishment, I was quite surprised, shocked and exhausted enough to unfortunately have to cancel Mothers Day after this sad experience.

Food was good. Our waitress didn't seem like she wanted to be there.. Great location if you are seeing a show a couple doors down.

Guy has spots available at the bar and he won’t serve us because he’s at capacity???
All the bars on the Danforth are bursting at the seams…ridiculous!

Okay fish tacos. The coleslaw was eh but there was a decent amount of fish in each. No real flavors even with hot sauce. My friend had the beef dip and said he enjoyed.
Everything was pretty inexpensive and the server was nice. 3/5.

I would not go here again. Their steaks are terrible. Fries were hard and un-fresh. The dessert was okay, (overall not happy with the quality of the food)

Have only come for drinks but service and drinks have always been outstanding, even when very busy. Bar tenders work hard and diligently, remember to tip!
Had the White Whale here. It was delicious!
