Great customer service. Treated with utmost respects and hospitality. I've eaten almost everything off this menu. I've never had a complaint or any bad food. You gotta come eat here. There's even a pool table in the back if you wanna play a game after your meal.

Disappointed

I live in the Keele and Lawrence area for a long time and decided to try Flame for the first time, and I am sad to say the customer service and food prep was very poor placing my order and waiting for our take out for two people only to wait for an order that was incorrect we checked our order on the way out and when we returned was advised our meals included a drink which no one advised us they gave us fries as apposed to a Greek salad and despite confirming my order for a second time by a women who was preparing our food they still got our order wrong pitas were not wrapped properly and fell apart while eating the cook was rude did not apologize I have never experienced this was the fist and last time.

Told by my cousin that they opened at 10am. Google Maps said 9am so we arranged to meet at 9am. Arrived at 9 and found out she was correct. How did Google get it wrong??!!Food might be fine, service might be fine, atmosphere might be fine but if Google messes up the hours then my experience is still a 1 star. Get ur hours right. As an owner it's imperative you don't waste customer's time. Time is extremely valuable.

Profile says open at 9am. They don't open till 10am. I am a mature woman and don't appreciate being greeted, by the owner (?) as "hey mamma". Ordered 3 full breakfast and I swear the sausages must have been left out overnight. The meat tasted old. The cook shocked the hell out of me. This is 10am and he looked like he just crawled out of bed. Coffee comes with breakfast and I wasn't offered any but I was charged 2.50 for a can of coke. Would I ever go back. NO.

A friend and I tried this place instead of our usual place. I hadn't been here in close to 6/7 years. The new owner is nice - but the quality of food/service has really dropped. It has gone from a table service restaurant (with cafeteria style available) to cafeteria style service only.1. This is Harvey's style service. You order and pay for your food, wait for it to cook, then carry your tray to your table.2. Everything, and I mean everything, is served on disposable plates, with disposable cutlery, and disposable cups for drinks. This owner must be rich - because I work in the industry and I know how expensive these things are!3. The food was not good. The burger I had was so overcooked and dry. My friend had an open face hamburger sandwich with gravy. The gravy was so salty it could not be consumed. The breadfruit was sour and past when it should have been served. The fries were your usual frozen variety - so average tasting. The interior hasn't really changed from the previous owner. I am sure that will eventually change - but it isn't bad at all. I feel like they should return to table service in the back half and use real dishes and save our environment a little (there were no options for compost or recycle available).Overall, we were very disappointed and will not return.

This used to be my go too in my area. The food was top notch and not too pricey. Staff were friendly.I went in about 4 wks ago and asked for just a coffee. The owner said the coffee was old and he wasn't making another pot so I might as well leave. I was shocked and embarrassed. New staff too. I went in today for 1st time since and old staff cook and server were there SOOO GOOD TO SEE OLD FRIENDLY FACES. But due to all the changes very little business. So sad to see.
