Came in at 11:38pm ordered 2lbs of wings, then 5 min later the waitress tells us the kitchen is closed. Isn't it illegal serve alcohol with no food? Will never come here again. Useless staff that don't want to work for money.

Went for a night cap on Thursday, Hannah was our bartender and was awesome, super attentive. Although the bar was packed, we never had to wait for a refill. Love the Flatiron, good people and great location, and hardworking staff.

Went for lunch on Thanksgiving Sunday. Ordered a draft and a Cobb salad. One of the best salads I've had. Loaded with ingredients, chicken was warm so it seemed freshly grilled, not just cold added in.

The food was fantastic and once the waitress finally took our order it came quickly, which was unexpected given how poor the service was.

Our waitress kept disappearing, and we had to finally flag down a separate person to give us our bill 20+ minutes after our original waitress had asked us if we were finished with our meal.

Honestly, if you don’t mind slow and inattentive service, the food might be worth your while, just don’t expect it to be a quick meal.

Disrespectful and rude

Awful experience at The Firkin Pub! One of my friends fell off her chair, and instead of helping, the owner told the waitress to take our beers without asking. When we questioned it, they accused us of causing trouble (which we weren’t). When we asked for a refund, the owner threw $10 at my friend like he was a dog. Absolutely disgusting behavior! Avoid this place at all costs.
