Went with 4 people. Our grandparents were flying out so we met them for dinner. We sat right away but then waited 10 minutes for him to come over and he asked if we were ready to order. We said we wanted drinks to start. Once we got those we sat for another 15-20 minutes waiting to order. We had to call him over. My Nashville chicken sandwich for 18.99 came on 2 pieces of wonderbread even though the menu said a bun. So I decided to just eat the chicken and it was two tiny chicken fingers.
Service was awful, food was sub-par.
Do not recommend. Go down the road if you have a chance

Finding a satisfying breakfast experience can be a challenge, especially when traveling. During my stay at the Best Western Premier Airport Carlingview in Toronto, I had high hopes for the Flight Path Restaurant, but it was a mixed experience. Over three days, I sampled several dishes, starting with the classic breakfast. While the eggs, toast and potatoes were decent, but the turkey sausage was disappointing; flavorless, mushy and clearly precooked. The eggs Benedict the following day did not fare much better; the sauce was gritty instead of smooth and creamy. However, on my final morning, the omelet offered a glimpse of redemption. Flavorful, albeit slightly overcooked, it was the best dish I tried. The service was consistently fair, and the staff were attentive enough, but the inconsistencies in meal quality left me wanting more.

For travelers looking for a dependable start to their day, I recommend exploring other nearby dining options. With some improvements to their menu execution, Flight Path Restaurant could become a compelling choice. Until then, I would advise considering alternatives to ensure a delightful breakfast experience.

Fantastic service in the restaurant by Disna and Susmitha during our stay at the hotel.We definitely will return for dinner ,drinks and breakfast.Service prompt and we were treated with a smile , attention to us with ordering food and drinks.Food was well prepared with excellent attention to detail on presentation .Maybe at night make the lights a little dimmer for a better dinner feel.Overall fantastic job by all .Disna was amazing as restaurant was very full at night along with take out orders excellent job and greeting everyone who came in with a smile.

Great service! Decent food at good price point. Stayed for a week so tried pretty everything they had. You don’t need to get uber eats or really go looking anywhere else, very good variety and good quality.

Surprisingly nice! Needed a bite to eat and there was nothing else around so went here. Friendly staff, great nachos and good beer.

I arrived at the hotel at 6:00, went to my room and then to the restaurant. I ordered dinner and it arrived fairly quickly. The potatoes and vegetables were cold so I asked to have them warmed up. Approximately 5 minutes later, my plate came back cold and the same condition I sent it to the kitchen as. Very unimpressed but the service was great.

We had a good meal of soup and an excellent salad served by Susmita who achieved that fine balance between being attentive without always hovering close by.

My husband and I were staying at the Best Western and attempted to eat dinner here. We sat at the bar and were greeted after about five minutes. There seemed to be only two women working and the restaurant was pretty empty.

I ordered a cosmo and the drink was made but then taken in the back. I heard someone say oh that’s kinda strong you should add this.

Obviously we got up and left. Very very strange that they didn’t know how to make a cosmo but even worse that they were tasting a drink that they were going to serve me.

Would NOT recommend this restaurant. We did go up the road to Chop and had a wonderful amazing meal with great service though!

Had the roast beef sandwich and fries comes with a pint for 22 bucks cant beat that! its our favorite hotel to stay in when flying out of Pearson...and the restaurant is a popular spot...thanks for the great service! cob salad was good too!

Welcoming. Greeted as we walked in. Not busy in there at all. Server was kind and prompt.

Breakfast portions was pretty abysmal. 16$ for a plate. At least do 3 eggs maybe instead of just two?

Decor/paint job/atmosphere is outdated. There’s painted over outlets and it seemed like whoever owned this place doesn’t really care about the atmosphere.

Menus had funny mistakes in them - “cereal” was spelled with an S then a C was printed a cut out, then glued over top.

Okay place to grab a quick bite as there’s nothing else really close by but the portion sizes are sad.

The gal who took care of me at breakfast today was lovely. She was accommodating, gracious and friendly. Yet there was another server who was supposedly training someone ... She was rude. She scolded a trainee in a very demeaning fashion in the middle of the restaurant in front of all the customers. My immediate reaction was to chat to the young lady being demeaned. The bully did make her way over to me and when she heard that I thought she could have been nice she gave me the hand and walked off.... She then said something regarding complaining about me to someone???? Not the ideal atmosphere for a day to start!!!!
