The bunch of dudes working on the eve of July 11th 2025 have no idea what they are doing. One of the most pathetic and worse customer service on the block. Completely clueless and running around with no idea of how to run the place.
Getting a pint of beer took ages, waited more than 45 mins just to get our food, and they had the audacity to charge a 18% gratuity for the table of two.
Just a matter of time before this establishment gets sued for shady practices. I'll be visiting again and if I see the same shady and unacceptable behaviour again then I really hope they have a good lawyer.

After my disastrous dining experience at another midtown bar. I visited this place with my friends and it was 100% time better! Staff were polite. Food was delivered within 5-10 minutes. The UFC 317 event was great. this place had TOP notch service. Thank you fox and firkins best bar in midtown!

The food’s not bad, just bring your own salt (kidding… kinda). Great spot to sip, snack, and subtly gossip about coworkers.

Usually I'm ok with the Firkin Pub chain, but this location let me down in a big way. I ordered the fish and chips, my friend ordered the Ruben sandwich. My friend said his sandwich tasted funny, and my fries were obviously old and re-fried, clumped together and stale. The fish was so dry I could pick it up and use it as a club (as a joke I attempted this, and was surprised the filet could take such a beating). I sent the fish and chips back, asking for a burger with a Caesar salad. The salad was good, the burger was unsurprisingly terrible. It was basically a hockey puck on a bun. This kind of pub food is so easy to make, it's amazing that this chain restaurant would serve such bad food.
