Today placed an order through Uber Eats for 2 plates of Pad Thai and 2 orders of spring rolls from this restaurant. When the food was delivered, I noticed that there was no lemon slice with the Pad Thai and no dipping sauce included for the spring rolls—which are typically standard accompaniments for these dishes.
Out of curiosity, I called the restaurant to ask about the missing items. I spoke with a female staff member who informed me that a slice of lemon and even the spring roll sauce must be purchased separately. I was honestly shocked.
I've been ordering Thai food for many years and have never encountered this kind of policy. It feels unreasonable—and frankly, deceptive—to nickel and dime customers for basic items that are traditionally included with the dish.
Customers, please be aware: this place appears to cut corners and charge extra for things that should come standard. It feels like a subtle way to squeeze every penny out of your order to cover their costs.
I won't be ordering from here again and urge others to double-check what’s included before placing an order.
The only reason I’m still giving this place two stars is because of the server—friendly, attentive, and clearly doing their best to provide good service.
Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The fish was overcooked and dry, the Pad Thai noodles were undercooked and too firm, and the sauce was overly sweet and lacked balance. Worst of all, the shrimp had a bad smell, which was a clear sign it wasn’t fresh.
The dining environment was also uncomfortable. Loud shouting from the kitchen made it hard to enjoy the meal, and the restaurant was uncomfortably hot.
A lot needs to be improved here—especially in terms of food quality and atmosphere.
Twice ordered.. first order shrimp curry hot. Received chicken curry. 2nd order pad thai and hot shrimp curry. Large Shrimp so over cooked it was very tough. Will not order delivery again. Delivery service was good, food terrible. M K
This was in my partner's food (see photos). They had a terrible attitude when we brought this to their attention.
We have been ordering for years but after today horrific customer service . NEVER AGAIN ! Literally a shame. Go elsewhere!
Hands down the BEST pad Thai in the city. I started with a mango salad and it was also incredible. Great vibe and food. I’ll definitely be going back.
Really good food for the price, large quantities. Ordered the veggie eggplant and the tofu dishes and was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and freshness of vegetables.
The pad Thai was the worst pad Thai I’ve ever had. The noodles were dry and tasted like ketchup.
If you like your pad Thai overcooked and smothered in ketchup then this place is great

I ordered here from UberEats because there was a special and I wanted to try a different Thai place outside my neighborhood. I should've checked Google maps first. I was very disappointed with the pad Thai. It had a sour sticky taste that is just not appetizing. The green curry was okay. No wonder this place is 3.9 stars on Google while the places I normally order from are 4.5-4.8 stars.
