I do not leave 1 star review at all, But I had disappointed experience this evening. I went to The fry cummer for family dinner. My wife and I order 1 pitcher of sapporo, Small green onion chicken, small soy garlic chicken, cheese sticks. The server can not serve beer to me due to under aged daughters. The server said that seat separate table or show her our family photos. What a great service at all. We are upset for the Server & manager's attitude. So we went Saint Louise at North York. Had a honey garlic Chicken wings, Full rack pork back ribs, mushrooms truffle ravioli , Bbq bacon Burger with chilled beer. It was great family dinner.
PS - I saw the fry manager took away 3 bottles of soju from the refrigerator at 12am on 3rd January without any takeout food.He Just walked in took 3 bottles of soju with hand carry without any covered. I will report at ACGO. Good Luck you guys.

The chicken was consistently great. However, the rice cake was over cooked and got some weird taste. We asked a replacement, and the staffs seemed to be unhappy about this. They were unable to support the request, we didn’t touch the rice cake anymore throughout the whole meal.

I ordered from this restaurant during the Uber Eats BOGO promo. I had already used the same promo earlier this week with no issues. However, on my second order, the order summary only showed one chicken, even though two flavors were shown in the receipt, which is confusing and misleading.
I understand they explained the same ordering process in the Uber. What I experienced may be a system error or honest mistake, but when I was at the restaurant and reached out right away, they was unwilling to help or allow me to cancel and re-order so I could properly use the promotion. The response was not friendly or accommodating at all. And their packaging raised safety issues.
If there’s a known issue with how the BOGO items display, it should be handled more clearly and with better customer service. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left a very bad impression. I won’t be ordering again.

Food is great! We got the boneless chicken in sauce. But one thing that stood out to us this experience was that the waitress gave us take-out chopsticks instead of metal chopsticks. All the other tables received metal chopsticks. I'm not sure what the reason was but it didn't quite sit right with me.

Food is overpriced and is not worth it. Fried Chicken was not fresh. Service was not that great either. Although they give you a free pop if you give them a positive review so there's that..
The chicken was incredibly delicious and the portions were really generous! My friend and I went together, and I think it’s a good choice that we ordered the combo I think we’ll definitely be coming back again!

The food was great. The chicken is really juicy. Especially love the spicy sauce. The seafood udon tastes great as well. However, there was a lacking in staff, only one person serving the food and she is often in the kitchen helping out. We waited over 20 minutes just for our drinks and needed to ask several times before it arrives. We also tried to order take outs before, and it is very busy in game days. If they cannot make the orders in time, please do not take so many orders. We had to wait over 2 hours and still didn’t get our food. They prioritized take-outs from apps and deliveries and left customers who ordered directly from them through phone or website behind.
