SO BAD. Really painful experience. Highly highly recommend against this. The restaurant service was horrific- Alex’s attitude at the door was enough to ask for a refund. The manager is fat, sweaty, totally unhelpful and made our experience beyond unpleasant. Hiring staff at Casa Loma, do better, your people are untrained and giving you a bad reputation.

An atrocious experience. We made a reservation for Easter Brunch for 3 pm for 9 people. Despite making the reservation, and pre-paying in full with a 20% mandatory tip, we had to wait in a non-moving 100+ person line for over an hour. By the time we were seated, we had less than an hour left to eat, however we were unable to because there were no plates around any of the buffet areas. We had to find someone to take our drink orders, which took well over 30 minutes to receive them.I thought taking my family out for Easter Brunch would be a nice experience, however I will never consider doing this again at Casa Loma. It was a terribly organized circus and simply not worth the money.

My amazing daughter and son in law treated my wife and I to dinner at the Gardens of Casa Loma. The ambiance was amazing, we just loved it.We enjoyed a nice bottle of red wine and the steak, tender and tasty. Be prepared however, all the sides are a la carte and an extra charge for each item.Nevertheless, we had a great time, check it out .. it is truly one of the best views in the city and the food is superb.

I used to really enjoy the food here, NOT ANYMOREI ate at the cafe inside the castle; The fruit cup looks like it has been sitting out for days!!! It is all soggy, runny and stinky. The staff and management should be refreshing the food every single day and not leave it sitting there for days just because it's not sold.I am paying money plus TIP for the food, so I expect it to be fresh and not make me sick!!!I also recently had a grilled vegetable sandwich with salad.I will never eat there again!!!!I was then deathly ill from" food poisoning " yesterday and I had to go to the ER after eating at that cafe!!!!Also whenever I eat the salad from there I get severe stomach pains!!! ??It is not good at all. They need to freshen up the food!

The food was under seasoned, and when we asked for salt and pepper the waitress gave us a look. They think they're boogie, but the truth is, if they want to be boogie, they need to have better food. Their food is overpriced for what it is.The atmosphere is great, the only downside is the bad service, the servers don't seem to have a lot of experience.

We went there for a classical music concert and although the atmosphere was phenomenal, we didn't have the best experience. There was nowhere to sit, and in order to get a table and a place to sit, we had to order food. In the end, we decided to leave and listen to the music from the park near Casa Loma.

Cocktails: Between $15 and $16 - Just okCalabrese Salad: approx. $22 - small for the price but tasted and looked great.Steak and fries: approx. $40 - Steak came under cooked, dry and very visually unappetizing when cut into. Sent it back and ordered the Burger instead.Burger: approx $25 - unseasoned, dry and not alot of flavour.Chicken supreme: approx. $30+ - chicken was under seasoned and flakey. Potatoes and ratatouille tasted fine. The dish wish visually unappetizing with the potatoes poured across the plate and the ratatouille and chicken placed on top.

Parking: $15Sending the steak back offset the meal because the other had to wait for the reorder to come out.We were sat along the back of the garden along the wall. This area is out for the way and you don't experience the intended ambiance of the garden.Overall poorly prepare food which makes it very, very over priced.

A place pretends to offer luxury experience but fails spectacularly. They are charging 25 for a frozen burger. McDonald's burger tasted better. Chicken breast was too dry and sides of it had no taste and yet they charge 35 for it.Overall really disappointing experience. For the money they charge they should make food better. Background music was bad. It was obvious someone put on as Spotify and let it run.Don't waste your money here. The only positive was the Service which was good and serves were responsive and nice
