Lovely experience. We went with out twin babies and the service was amazing. Everyone was kind and extra helpful. There was a harpist in the background, created a lovely ambience Some guests were dressed up and some were casual. Highly recommend the food and experience

Went for the high tea experience- definitely the worst high tea I've attended so far. You pay for the amazing ambiance, not the canapés or tea. Setting was amazing, live harpist was beautiful, definitely picture worthy. Happy I went once, don't think I'd go again.

Food good but service rushed. Everything brought out all at once in the beginning. Should have had some time to relax and bring things out one at a time. Then they forgot desert and did not come around after plopping everything on table.

Unfortunately, our Family Day Afternoon Tea fell well below expectations. We were seated for 15 minutes (we were on time) before anyone attended to us and it was only to provide us with water. Tea selection-limited; savouries- 2 fish options, something eggplant and all were dried out and clearly had been plated for quite some time. Scones were fabulous. The service fell well below any expectation. When serving our main plate, staff haphazardly placed the dishes on angles and not even in front of us. A lead (maybe chef or upper management ) saw this an came over to fix it and asked if anyone had reviewed the selections with us— they had not. We were happy to be together as a family and it was nice that the supervisor gave me a mimosa en gratis, but I would never spend this much money on a tea at Casa Loma again. So many places in Toronto do a much much better job.

It was very lovely. The food was great. The staff were excellent. The music was a little bit loud, but I think of course it echos had a great time.

The food overall was good, but we were expecting tiny sandwiches and the main menu was a bit rich and not preferred. Our server was excellent, really enjoyed the Earl Grey tea. The tea experience was great!

Had problem with the sitting, even though we had a reservation. The table cloths were dirty, we had to ask to change them. Waiters were nice. Food was very underwhelming

A great venue. Food was yummy and courteous service. Highly recommend if Casa Loma holds another high tea that you go with your gals and or loved ones.

We had a wonderful time. The high tea was well presented and very tasty. The whole experience was nice, especially being able to tour the castle afterwards. It was a perfect family day.

There needs to be flexibility in the menu. The menu contained 2 out of 4 items that were seafood (smoked trout and lobster with salmon roe). I would be sick if I ate that and they were very inflexible about switching them out. I was not going to settle for eating half of the savoury menu when I paid $100 for the meal. Be flexible; not everyone enjoys raw fish! Seafood is the most expensive item and I would have been happy swapping with much less expensive items.

The baked goods are tasty but the desserts are filthy sweet. Very busy and was hard to get my server to refill the tea. Asked us if we were done 30 mins into our reservation that's supposed to last 90 mins which is kinda odd ngl. Everyone is chattering and echoing so it was a pain to keep talking over the voices.

The high tea at the castle was very enjoyable. Food was delicious and the service outstanding.

We enjoyed our time during tea in the conservatory which is an amazing experience. Then we spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the castle's many many rooms and amazing history and stories. Casa Loma is such an amazing piece of Toronto/ Canada's history. We will definitely be coming back on a regular basis to support this piece of history.

Service felt slow because I believe the event was overbooked. The value was also lacking, as it was quite expensive, but the tea was weak and only 4 options. The food was solid, no complaints there.
