Honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I first went here but the food absolutely blew me away. The beef cheeks are absolutely to die for. Highly recommend it.

Great food, drinks and atmosphere!
The Golden Pigeon Beerhall, first and foremost, had an absolutely stellar selection of draft beer. From international to domestic, there was something for everyone.
And the food selection, it was great! While I only had the soft pretzel with beer cheese, everything on the menu sounded seriously tasty. Can’t wait to go back!
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s down a flight of stairs. There is no wheelchair nor stroller accessibility.

The place is off the wall. They have games, great staff and the food is just on point.
If you are on parliament, this is a must.

The server was very rude to my japanese friends
They were new here and there is no culture of tipping
The service was aweful and she still got angry and asked for tips by herself and started talking loudly and made them feel scared and uncomfortable

First time eating there. The server was amazing, and everyone enjoyed the meals and drinks.
Extra shout out for having a selection of alcohol free drinks.

Had the braised beef cheeks and spaetzle and was quite possibly the best meal I’ve had this year. Seriously. Beat out the spaetzle I had in Munich. Great pint selection too. Well done team.

Went during Cabbagetown festival for the first time for a quick snack and a bev and recieved quick and efficient service. Pretty neat that they had oysters. Inside seems much more of a better vibe than the outside seating.

The perfect beer garden vibe. Food is EXCELLENT, we had the beef cheek with spatzle and chicken schnitzel, both blew our mind. They have lots of games, shuffle board, darts, even board games to play. Selection on tap is great, they also make cocktails if that’s your speed. They have TVs if you’re trying to catch a game, really just a great spot all around. Patio is super nice as well. Will be back.

Despite being busy, staff were friendly and upbeat. To die for "spatzel mac n cheese" and poutine!

Nice patio during the festival this weekend. Service was good. But expensive donair sandwich and beer at $23…ouch. Would have it given it 4 stars if it weren’t for the crazy high cost.
