This intimate little place is my favourite Toronto coffee shop. The owners are great folks, the coffee is wonderful, and the food is awesome. My favourite is the Muffuletto sandwich. Can't say enough good things about it.

Best cafe in all of st.clair west to east. I’ve been coming here for 2 years. Their chicken pesto sandwich is amazing - I add avocado which I highly recommend because it tastes sooo good with it! I honestly cannot find another sandwich that tastes as great and as satisfying as this one - and with the salad too - delicious!
The vibe is nice, great coffee and the patio is cozy- I can bring my dog to sit out with me there while I eat. Always delighted to see and chat with the owners.
Definitely recommend my family and friends to have brunch or a date here.
Parking: On the side street they have their own parking spot along the building just before green P.

This place has such a beautiful community! I came here for the first time today and it seemed like the owners knew all of the customers. The salad was delicious and the porch is adorable! I wish I lived closer, this is the kind of place you want to be a regular :))

As a happy regular of The Grind Cafe, I can confirm that this is the place to go. The flavours, quality, and presentation of their food is simplicity done at its best. I am a picky eater, yet the food at the Grind is always delicious regardless of my usual dislikes; they somehow cured my hatred of sandwiches! Their cafe has indoor and outdoor seating, and their product/service is just as good when you need to get some takeout. I have run in to grab a smoothie many times with no problems. The owners are always there with a smile and a kind greeting while they work. I would be reluctant to try this cafe because of the prices (if I had never gone before), so I would like to assure you that the cafe's transparency is part of their pattern of honesty and commitment to good food. I just listed my personal go-tos in the recommendations; realistically, I would recommend everything.
