We went in today. With our dog. Great gluten free food. Even I found something to eat that was dairy free, no chocolate, gluten free. Our grandson felt comfortable there too.

The staff here were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything as I browsed their selection. While the prices are on the higher side, it’s understandable given that specialty foods often require premium ingredients. They offer a wide variety of treats that cater to low-carb or keto-friendly diets. Just a heads-up for keto enthusiasts: the items aren’t strictly keto but are keto-friendly, which is still a rare and welcome option!

Stopped for a coffee, a charge and a wifi between an indie film shoot and a forest run. Staff was friendly, kind and fun, and the atmosphere was gorgeous and unique, filled with happy people. Great coffee

The staff was very patient and explained things to me as I eyed their selection for quite some time. While on the pricey side, it's somewhat understandable as specialty food often is and usually requires more expensive ingredients. They had so many delicious looking treats for those on low carb or keto diets. I wish there were more places with low carb and keto friendly goodies! A note to keto diets that the options are not keto but they're keto friendly

Great food and coffee but the service is very unfriendly.
The place is clean and cozy. Drinks like coffee are worth it.
The confectioneries are not something to write home about, especially considering the price.
Overall worth it if you're looking for a place to chill for a while.
Had to change the rating with the new owners. Staff are rude and ignore you. A lot of variety of products are gone. It's no longer low carb oriented. It's just an expensive coffee shop with nothing going for it.
Avoid now.
A cozy cafe by the beaches is a WIN for me. Loved the Oat Milk latte and the gluten free menu. 🫶🏼

Delicious vegan, and dairy free options.
As someone with Celiac disease and Lactose intolerance, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a cafe. Food was clearly labelled and delicious. Atmosphere was amazing. As other people have been saying, this is a hidden gem!

The rating is strictly for the iced matcha latte. I can make it better at home. I didn't try any other items.

The Haven is truly what the name says — cozy, calm, and full of good energy. Arick and Ray are the absolute best —so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they care about every customer and every detail.
The food is fresh, flavorful, and fairly priced for the quality. The coffee? A whole hug in a cup.The space is spotless and beautifully styled—it smells amazing and feels like the kind of place you could stay all day. Whether you're with friends or solo, it’s the perfect little escape.
Ignore any negative reviews—this place is a gem. Highly recommend!!
