Every time I've been here I have felt uneasy and uncomfortable. There's a woman with very large glasses. She looks to be in her 50s. She is very judgemental and does not like you if you are yourself if you are meek and sweet sounding and one and tell her what she wants to hear then she's fine. If you're yourself, she judges you. I have heard her speak so poorly about customers after they leave it really spoils the the energy of the place. There's something off about the store. I have no trouble with the owner Andreea but something about this place is off, especially as it relates to the energy perpetuated by this woman in her mid 50s. She wears big glasses - avoid her. I've also seen that there's xenophobia and racism in full display, but very subtle and that was extremely disgraceful and distasteful

I'd go to any other health shop other than this one. Expensive and not very well stocked. It's more like a gift shop. Do yourself a favor and go to another store.

Just came to say that Andrea and the Health Shoppe went above and beyond in their customer service. I was looking for a refill on a supplement and Andrea took it upon herself to call the supplier, find out why there was a shortage, and attempted to get this product for me. This type of customer service and kindness is quite rare, so for any health needs this establishment has secured my loyalty.

Oatly, Vegannaise, nooch, tamari, and so much more. Great GF options too.
Unfortunately I bought pills to support my liver here without checking how much these pills should cost. I payed $71.50 for these pills, only to later see that other health stores sell them for $49.99. That is extremely overpriced and unfortunate that they are scamming people looking to solve their health problems in holistic ways. I have attached the pictures of the health shoppe price vs the price I saw at another store.

Great selections of foods (fridge/freezer/perishables, supplements, teas and bath/body products.They sell Weleda products here (I love the light nourishing cream)!Staff are friendly and will put you on waiting lists to notify you of products they’re restocking.Highly recommend

This is one of the first health food stores in Toronto and still one of the best. I've been shopping here for over 20 years and have always been able to find what I've been looking for. They're also willing to make special orders if there's something specific you're looking for from a supplier that they don't stock (i.e., essential oils). The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable - they know the products and can give guidance/information. A great neighbourhood store that has stood the test of time in the Yonge & St. Clair area (which is infamous for businesses starting up and closing on a regular basis). Great for gift shopping too - lots of natural products from reputable lines. *Update Jan 2021* The store has moved across the street - still the best!
