Chicken burger is da bomb! The slaw they top it with is just perfect, and the fries they put on the side are the best kind, fresh cut and crispy, made with slightly sweet yellow potatoes. I'm a huge fan. Can't wait to try more of the menu.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. We got the oysters (super fresh), chicken sandwich, steak frite, and strawberry short “cake” for dessert. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the peppercorn sauce complemented it really well. The scones in the dessert were warm and buttery, nice contrast with the cold creme fraiche and strawberries. Homey places like this in Toronto are harder and harder to find, but it always makes my day to stumble across one every once in a while....

The food quality here is excellent, especially the dozen oysters! Very fresh and naturally sweet.

We also ordered the roasted eggplant pizza and the roasted half chicken. Both dishes could use a bit more seasoning, especially if you’re pairing them with beer, as the flavours were on the milder side. That said, the lighter seasoning actually let the quality of the ingredients shine, which I really appreciated.

Service was smooth and well-timed....
