Overall, this wasn't a bad experience, however we waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food, after already waiting 20 to order drinks - we weren't even offered water until someone noticed we were just sitting there. This was a 30th birthday celebration. The ambiance was beautiful, the food was good, but not an hour and 20 minutes good! They did give me a glass of bubbly for my birthday. Overall would probably not return.

Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Servers ignored us the whole night. We sat there for 2 hours and had just finally received our entree. On top of that, we took it to go due to the wait. When I opened my box at home, the kitchen had stole half of my ribeye. What a dump. Avoid.

Extremely understaffed and chaotic. It was Valentine's Day and our meal took almost 3.5 hours. We ordered wine pairings that didn't arrive with the courses. We had to ask for so many items that never arrived and then did out of order. Couldn't even get water refilled. Wrong food sent to the table which we returned and then were actually charged for at the end. No one answers the phone or manages the open table messages. Absolute chaos when we arrived with a reservation there was a 30 min line to be seated. Our server barely managed to make it over to our table. For an over $700 meal expected far better service. We usually love O&B but this was hugely disappointing for a special night. There's so much great here but management needs to fix the extreme service issues.

Attended for the Valentine's Day prix fixe and loved it. We had the caesar salad and tartare appetizers, the bone in rib eye for 2 as a main, and the chocolate cake and peach dish for desserts. Everything was delicious, service was efficient and friendly, and the ambiance was very fun. Loved our date night here!

The Winterlicious menu is defunitely worth it. I was a little disappointed in the banana bread pudding, but it was still good. There was a delay in our food coming out, but the server definitely offered good customer service to help mitigate the issue. We really enjoyed the ambiance. The happy hour deals are also pretty good.

Went to the Joneses today for lunch with some Work friends and got to experience the winterlicious menu and was so pleasantly satisfied. I only was a service amazing but the food was top notch as well. Normally, in the past, when I have booked a restaurant for this special depressions are usually smaller, but this menu did not reflect that the portions were very on point and I left feeling very full and satisfied. Not to mention the cost was very affordable. Enjoyed every moment of this experience and would highly recommend dinning here!

Rahul was a fantastic server, so warm and friendly, knew exactly when to check in with our table, the service was so fast and as always, the food was excellent (mac n cheese and prime rib). The restaurant was so busy which is always great to see on a weekday evening, we will always come back to The Joneses ❤️

My boyfriend and I dined here for our anniversary. The overall vibe was good, although the tables were super close together and we were sat right next to another couple even though there were so many other open tables, so that was a bit annoying. Overall the food was good. I did not like my salmon at all, I found the description on the menu was a bit misleading, but the apps and dessert were really good as well as my boyfriend's main course. It was a bit pricey, but overall a good place.

Most restaurants are way too loud and noisy -- if I have to lean across the table to hear what my friends are saying, I'm not having a good time. The Joneses serves up the perfect level of ambience while keeping the vibe relaxed -- I can lean back in my comfy seat and always hear what everyone at the table is saying, no matter how busy the resto gets. This vibe will always earn top reviews from me and has kept me coming back time and again.

We were a group of 5 girlfriends out, we were celebrating my milestone wotk anniversary. The place was beautiful, great food and fantastic service. Jeff our server took great care of us. It was a busy date, however the noise was tolerable and we could hear each other's talking and laughing.
